STAYING ON LONGER

You're only as good as your intent + focus

Tee or moving ball, open stance full swings Staying on longer doesn't mean don't
to center rotate or don't move.

Tee or moving ball, 3/4 swings, away pitch Swinging sideways or opposite field helps
to opposite field Knock over the opposite field infielders
Tee or moving ball, full, inside pitch to approach
center or oppo. Can hit it out front
All reference videos can be found in the app
Moving ball, Centerfield wall Hits, chest Let the ball flight tell you what you need
over plate finish, pause & hold
Hook pullside means bat path around
Full swings, can pull, if you miss Flare oppo means under & inside too much
miss inside to CF, chest over plate Top spin means barrel was under then up too fast
Do the opposite to make the adjustment

Green = Pitch Lane

Red = Direction of swing
to the strike zone

SIMPLE, EASY TO FOLLOW. 4 FOCUSES, 4 EXERCISES

WORKING ON YOUR APPROACH, FOCUS, INTENT, CONSISTENCY WITH A PURPOSE
ALL REPS SHOULD BE WITH TEE / SEATED OVERHAND / FRONT TOSS, THEN BATTING PRACTICE
(25-35FT) AND OR MACHINE (40-55FT, AVERAGE SPEEDS FOR QUALITY MOVEMENT PROGRESS)
CAN MOVE IN THAT ORDER TO PROGRESS. AT MINIMUM REPS VS FRONT TOSS & NOTHING ELSE
HIGH QUALITY REPS. IF IT’S NOT A GOOD MOVEMENT OUTCOME OR FEEL.. DON’T COUNT IT AS A REP!
