     CHECK PV COMPONENTS/MATERIALS COMPLIANCE

    Instruction:
     Read each of the questions in the left-hand column of the chart.
     Place a check in the appropriate box opposite each question to indicate your
    answer.

     Validate design parameters for the installation*
     Perform site assessment and prepare installation data sheet*
     Interpret manufacturers’ manuals/product specifications,
    electrical drawings/plans, and work instructions*
     Handle and use appropriate tools, materials and test instruments
    properly for testing and installation*
     Identify the various PV equipment components and their
    respective specifications and operating ranges*
     Conduct various functional testing techniques according to
    manufacturers specification*
     Fill out forms properly such as test result findings and installation
    report*
     Apply basic principles of electricity
     Apply basic mathematical techniques
     Plan activities to ensure that tasks are conducted properly*
     Install PV components*
     Demonstrate compliance with safety regulations applicable to
    worksite operations*
     Prepare and utilize personal protective equipment*
     Access information and communicate effectively with others to
    ensure safe and effective operations of the systems
     Store excess materials, tools, and proper housekeeping*
     Complete final checking of the installed system to ensure
    conformity with the installation plan*
     Respond to user’s request within the prescribed technical
    parameters of the installation standards*
