    The meeting started at about 10:10am, with opening prayer


    said by Pastor Lucky Jioje and was rounded off by the unit
    chairman.

    EXHORTATION : The chairman took the exhortation and titled it


    "Put God first in the new year". The text was taken from the
    book of Proverbs 3:6 )Living Bible). He admonished us to put
    God first in all we are going to do this year. If you put God first
    there is no way you will not enjoy it. God knows the right time
    to release grace for you. According to him speed is not equal to
    success if it is in the wrong direction. He said we should not go
    for speed but for God's directions. Regret will be out of place if
    God is given the first place. Many people are regretting today
    because they didn't put God first. Direction plus speed equal to
    good success. Opposite direction equals to confusion. Let us do
    things the right way we should do things. Don't climb your
    pulpit without direction or hearing from God. Don't excite
    people but impact people. When you put God first you will have
    good success, Joshua 1:8, Matthew 6:33.

    MINUTES : The secretary read the minutes of the previous


    meeting. After corrections and observations Rev. Adesanya
    moved for the adoption of the minutes, which was seconded by
    Rev. John Arhor.

    MATTERS ARISING

    The chairman congratulated the members of the unit that were


    appointed into the chapter Exco.

    CALENDAR : The unit is to pay one hundred thousand naira


    (#100,000 )for calendar .

    SELECTION/ELECTION: There is going to be an election in the


    unit to be conducted by the chapter. When the date is given it
    shall be made know to us.
    PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2024.

    FIRST QUARTER

    1 . Prayer Sumit/Crusade. Venue:Trinity Life Assembly.Sat/Sun in March.

    2 . Quarterly Revival Prayer Meeting. Venue : Christ the Living Church

    Date : Sunday 18th February, 2024.Time:11.00am

    SECOND QUARTER

    1 . Family Life Seminar/Couples Forum.Venue: Word Arena. Date: Sun. April.Time


    3.00pm

    2 . Quarterly Revival Prayer Meeting.Venue: Prince of Peace Redemption Ministry.

    Date : Sunday 19/05/2024.

    THIRD QUARTER

    1.Leadership Sumit. Date: Saturday 31st August, 2024. Venue: Church of God
    Mission-Agaga Date : Saturday 31st August, 2024.

    2 . Revival Prayer Meeting . Church of God Mission-Odibo. Date : Sunday 15/09/2024

    FOURTH QUARTER

    1 .Thanksgiving. Venue : Potters House Church. Date : October.

    2 .Luncheon ( formal lunch that is part of a meeting for entertainment) . This will be
    the last meeting for the year.

    1 . Rev. Osaro asked how the unit can generate fund . He also
    mentioned some avenues like POS centres to make money for
    the unit . In this regard the chairman said he will get clearance
    from the chapter and get back to the house.
    2 . Rev Osaro also admonished us to register our churches with
    CAC and pay our dues.
