Your work profile

As an Analyst in our Technology & Transformation - ET&P: Technology, Strategy & Transformation
Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the
intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Application Assessment: Evaluate cloud-based applications for performance,


functionality, and user experience.
Analyze application data flow, integration points, and dependencies.

• Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to assess application health,


responsiveness, and potential bottlenecks.
Make recommendations for application optimizations based on data-driven insights.

• Stakeholder Communication: Interface between technical teams and business


stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on application performance.
Translate technical jargon into easily understandable insights for non-technical
stakeholders.

• Issue Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose


application issues and suggest remediation strategies.
Validate that issues are resolved in line with stakeholder expectations.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on application configurations,


workflows, and performance metrics.
Create reports on application performance and present findings to both technical and
non-technical audiences.

• User Training and Support:Assist in user training for cloud applications.


Provide Tier 2 support for application-related issues, escalating complex problems to
the appropriate teams.

• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to


ensure seamless application delivery and scaling.
Participate in application testing phases, providing feedback and reporting bugs.

• Compliance and Security: Ensure that cloud applications adhere to data privacy
standards and industry-specific regulations.
Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities or potential threats.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest cloud trends, technologies, and best
practices to provide informed recommendations.
Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance technical knowledge.

Desired qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a


related field.
• Relevant certifications related to cloud platforms or application analysis (e.g., AWS Certified
Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate).
Experience with cloud platforms, application monitoring tools, and analytics software.
• DOTNET, Full Stack Developer, Angular or react skills is preferred Strong analytical, problem-
solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficient in data visualization tools and reporting. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

Location and way of working

• Base location: Any Location (Pan India)


• No relocation reimbursement will be given.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to
their unique needs.
