Title: Symposium on Peace Education

Introduction:

Peace education is the process of promoting the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values

Through peace education, individuals learn how to resolve conflicts non-violently, build positive
relationships, and engage in peaceful practices in their communities and beyond. The ultimate
goal is to create a world where justice, equity, and harmony prevail, and where differences are
resolved through dialogue and cooperation rather than force.

Objective:

The objective of peace education is to equip individuals with the skills, attitudes, and
knowledge necessary to promote peaceful coexistence and prevent violence. It aims to foster
critical thinking, empathy, and non-violent conflict resolution, empowering individuals and
communities to create a culture of peace based on justice, equality, and mutual respect.
