ƒ The Mucuna bean is a species of plant that is indigenous to tropical climates.

Mucuna Recipes
Mucuna Nutri Porridge Mucuna Vanilla Cake

Ingredients Ingredients

Method
1. Sift mucuna and wheat flour into bowl

8. Let it cook to golden brown and remove

Method 1. Sift the flour in a bowl
