Group 3 Report
Effective teamwork extends beyond individual performances, gaining strength from the interplay
of team members and group dynamics. Successful collaboration hinges on embracing diversity
as an asset, acknowledging it as a valuable contribution to the collaborative process and overall
team outcomes. Although managing differences initially poses challenges, when facilitated
appropriately, it fosters a positive impact on teamwork, providing varied perspectives and
enhancing results (Belbin, 2010).

a. Develop and modify its structure of effectiveness
b. Maintain a degree of cohesion and unity
c. Accomplish set goals
1.4 Team
- This is the delivery of coordinated care to individual clients by a group of healthcare providers or
professionals.
- Members of a healthcare team provide a variety of relevant knowledge and experience to the
operation at hand. This functional competence might be subtle when members have different
viewpoints but similar abilities and experience, or it can be more evident when the team includes
a diverse range of knowledge, skills, and training. Patients, family members, and other
stakeholders should ideally be included in the delivery of healthcare as a team.
