THE WHEEL OF EMOTIONS

The wheel of emotions can help you identify your emotions and help increase your emotional
intelligence. You can use it to help figure out what may have caused your emotions and then
ways that you may be able to handle them positively
Instruction
1. Start in the middle of the wheel and pick the label that best fits how you feel.
2. Then work outwards through the spokes, stopping when the label most accurately
names your current emotion.
3. Then say that word, to yourself or someone else or write it down. The feeling won’t
disappear but with this new understanding, you can start to work out more rationally
what caused that feeling and ways to manage them.
