With reference to your application and personal interview you had with us, we are pleased to inform you that you have been
selected for the role of “STATION CONTROLLER” in our organization DBRRTS Operations India Pvt. Ltd. You are requested to
submit the following documents at the time of joining:
• Certificates in support of your educational / professional qualification, experience, date of birth and other testimonials in
original together with Xerox copies thereof.
• Four copies of your recent passport size photograph preferably coloured.
• Pay Slip of last drawn salary.
• Residence Proof (Voter ID /Water or Electricity Bill /Rent agreement if rented).
• Relieving letter from your last /previous employer in case you are employed.
• Aadhaar, PAN & Cancelled cheque for bank details
A formal letter of appointment will be issued to you with all the terms and conditions of service on joining our Group.
I hereby irrevocably agree, acknowledge and accept this offer, including the following terms:
1. My work location shall be Delhi NCR / UP.

2. My annual gross salary shall be INR 3,15,000.00 (Rupees Three Lakh and Fifteen Thousand Only) (as per breakup in
the annexure to this letter), subject to any deduction including without limitation, the usual deductions for tax and
social security contributions (if applicable) at the rate prescribed under applicable law.
3. I will join within 30 days from the date of receipt of the offer letter: and
4. My employment will be subject to a duly completed and satisfactory reference and background check, if so, required
by the Company and/or DB.
5. This offer is subject to you obtaining a certificate of fitness from a certified medical practitioner, failing which, this offer
of employment shall be deemed void.
I hereby agree and acknowledge that any information provided to me by the Company and/or DB and/or any of its affiliates,
agents or advisors, in relation to the Project shall be strictly confidential and I shall not divulge, disclose, communicate,
reproduce or pass over the same or copies thereof to any third party.
I agree and acknowledge my obligation to provide any details, information, documents and such other assistance and
cooperation as may be required by DB and/or its affiliates from time to time in relation to my candidature for the
