FACTS OF THE CASE:
At around 6:00 PM of July 08, 2024 joint element of Municipal Drug Enforcement Unit
(MDEU) led by the undersigned and Occidental Mindoro Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency
(PDEA) under the supervision of Chief of Police, PCPT JOHN OWEN QUINTON II and in
coordination with PDEA Region 4B with COC 0724-001-0007 conducted Anti-llegal Drugs
Operation (Buy-Bust) at Brgy. Caminawit, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro that resulted in the arrest
of Renren Mase Dayandan @ Renren for Violation of RA 9165 after the poseur buyer was able
to purchase one (1) piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing small heat
sealed transparent plastic sachet with suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride commonly
known as shabu, and also recovered from his possession were ten (10) pieces One Thousand
Peso Bill with serial number Y773745, Y773746, Y773747, Y773748, Y773749, Y773750,
Y773751, Y773752, Y773753 at Y773754.
The inventory and markings of confiscated evidences was made in front of the arrested
suspects and witnessed by Brgy. Captain Pablo Escobar of Brgy. Caminawit, San Jose,
Occidental Mindoro. Media Representative Mr. Ted Failon and National Prosecution Service
Representative Mrs. Maribeth A Dumlao.
Confiscated piece of evidence (Methamphetamine Hydrochloride) was brought at Provincial
Crime Laboratory Office, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro for examination which the one (1) piece
small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected methamphetamine
hydrochloride commonly known as shabu (purchased item) was turned POSITIVE for
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or Shabu. The urine sample of Renren Mase Dayandan @
Renren found Positive in the presence of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or Shabu.
Documents will be presented to your office by the Investigator on Case PSSg Ali E Bay.
