    APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01-2024


    Series of 2024
    AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BARANGAY YOUTH
    INVESTMENT PLAN NO. 01 SERIES OF 2024 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED
    SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS AND FIFTY-NINE
    CENTAVOS (₱216,752.59) ONLY AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUND FOR
    THE PURPOSE OF PAYMENT FOR SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN PROGRAMS,
    PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES
    Be it ordained in Regular Session Assembled:
    Section 1. Title. The Supplemental Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bonga for
    the fiscal year 2024 in the total amount of TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN
    HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS AND FIFTY-NINE CENTAVOS (₱216,752.59) ONLY, is
    hereby approved.
    The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made an integral
    part of the Ordinance:
    1. STATEMENT OF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS, FY 2024
    2. STATEMENT OF FUNDING SOURCES, FY 2024
    Section 2. Source of Fund. The source of funds for the Supplemental Budget in the total amount
    of TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS
    AND FIFTY-NINE CENTAVOS (₱216,752.59) ONLY is as follows:
    SAVINGS ₱ 216,752.59
    TOTAL ₱216,752.59
    Section 3. Use of Funds. The amount of TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN
    HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS AND FIFTY-NINE CENTAVOS (₱216,752.59) ONLY is
    hereby appropriated as follows:
    Purchase of tables and chairs 53,500
    KK Assembly 5,000
    Purchase of Sports Materials 9,500
    Linggo ng Kabataan 10,000
    Procurement of Office Supplies 25,000
    Purchase of Printer for Free Printing 15,000
    Construction of Brgy. signage 53,752.59
    Socio Cultural & Sports Development Program conducted 45,000

    Section 4. Effectivity. The provisions of this Appropriation Ordinance shall take effect after its
    approval by the majority of the Sangguniang Kabataan Members.

    ENACTED, March 18, 2024, at the Barangay Session Hall, Barangay Bonga Motiong,
    Samar.
