In the past four years studying here, at this University I had so many experiences to tell, cherished and considerably remembered. I had made strong rapport with my fellow students, facilities and even the other departments. The relationship I had with this people had been my strength and experiences they gave me was something that I truly thanked for First I want to thank God for the blessings he gave to me and help me to solve my problems. Thank you for always there for me especially during the time that I face so many struggles and problems you never let me fall. I personally want to thank of course my parents for supporting me in my endeavours, for putting me up in school, for giving my wants and needs. Now that I am about to enter another phase in my life, I truly dedicate this to them to you my mother and father. To our beloved, trusted, kind-hearted and ever reliable dean Dr. Nigel N. Cabison- thank you for supporting, understanding and for giving us a chance to dream and fill it with high hopes. As to my teachers, thank you for allowing us to be the best of who we are and for helping us in our studies and to reach our goal. Lastly, to my friends who truly become my inspiration, also for giving the push to finish this course. The memories you gave me was something I deeply appreciated whether fun or sad. Thank you for accepting me, my attitude and as to what I can give. Again Thank You.
Lupang Hinirang
Composed by: Julian Felipe on June 12, 1898 Bayang magiliw, perlas ng silanganan.
A Teachers Prayer
Help me to never to forget The beauty in a little child. The wonder, trust and yearning In their bright and twinkling eyes. Help me to remember that I am shaping The lives of tomorrows generation. Please give me strength to be the best model And the best example that can be possibly be. Give me love to overcome adversity And patience to overcome trials. Give me wisdom to overcome my shortcomings And faith to overcome dark hours. And, as I find my rest tonight, help me to love my pupils And to remember them in my prayers. Give me strength to be equal to tomorrows Task For I depend on your strength Just as my pupils depend on me.

Since teaching is supposed to be value-cantered, would you agree that your evaluation/assessment should not only be paper-and pencil test? What fairer and more objectives assessment would you them suggest? answer- Using only paper and pencil test will put non- linguistically/ verbally intelligent at a disadvantages. The teacher must consider other measure in assessing pupils like oral- graded recitations, performance outputs including the proper attitude of the pupils toward the subject.
The student/pupil has a low academic performance in school because of the following factors like poverty, lack of interest in his/her studies, lack of parents supervision. 4. For your chosen action research topic, what data will you need? answer- For my action research the data which Im going to collect are; attendance of pupils and the family background 6.
