    By virtue of the power vested in me under Section No. 394 (a) of Republic
    Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and Article
    411 (a) of the Bangsamoro Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act No. 25, you are
    hereby APPOINTED as BARANGAY SECRETARY of the Barangay Council
    of Barangay Pantaon, Municipality of Madamba, Province of Lanao del Sur.

    You are entitled to a reasonable allowance pursuant to be determined by


    the Sangguniang Barangay subject to the availability of the Barangay Internal
    Revenue Allotment (IRA) Fund pursuant to the said act.

    Your appointment is to take effect upon taking Oath of Office as required


    by law and perform your official duties and functions attached to the said
    position.
