    BUDGET MESSAGE
    The Honorable Members of the
    Sangguniang Barangay
    Barangay Development Council

    Ladies and Gentlemen;

    Barangay is considered as the smallest unit of the government; however, this is the place
    where people develop and discover their fall potential to become good citizens of the country.

    In order to better serve my constituents, as one of the leaders of the barangay I see to it
    that programs, projects and activities of my barangay is properly implemented

    Through our Annual Budget 1, together with my co-officials believe that the needs of our
    people will be address. This budget is appropriated for the development of our Barangay safety
    of our Barangay folks, Agriculture, Medical, Sports and others. All of this cater the needs and to
    holistically develop every individual of Barangay# 10 Manalpac

    I am submitting herewith the F Y 2024 proposed ANNUAL BUDGET of the General Fund
    for your deliberation and approval to ensure that the provisions as mandated by Republic Act
    No.7160 have been complied specifically among other, the following:

    The FOUR MILLION FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS (P


    4,053,185.00) budget of our barangay without delay and deduction is designed to effect
    necessary changes and development to bring us closer to our practical vision of being self-reliant
    and progressive Barangay

    Our policy thrust FY 2024 is focused to our Barangay economy. We desire to reduce
    unemployment and at the same time to increase our local revenue by 20%. Our share from
    Internal Revenue Allotment is our number one source of income. The 20% Development Fund to
    finance Barangay Projects, Program and Activities has allotted amount of SEVEN HUNDRED
    FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN PESOS (P744,437.00) the share
    of our Sangguniang Kabataan with Ten percent (10%) has allotted amount of FOUR HUNDRED
    FIVE THOUSAND THREE EIGHTEEN and 50/100 PESOS ONLY (P405,318.50) from the
    proposed budget, the BDRRM five percent (5%) has allotted share with total amount of TWO
    HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND SIX FIFTY NINE and 25/100 PESOS ONLY (P202,659.25) to
    cover unforeseen expenditures which may arise from the occurrence of the calamities in the area
    the 5% GAD has allotted TWO HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND SIX FIFTY NINE and 25/100
    PESOS ONLY (P202,659.25) the 1% BCPC has allotted amount of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND
    TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE & 5/100 PESOS (P37,221.85) and the rest for other
    administrative expenses.

    As a leader of my barangay it is my accountability and responsibility to spend our budget


    judiciously and appropriately in order to deliver quality service to my barangay especially to the
    people as a whole.

    Lastly, I strongly recommend the favorable consideration and approval of the Proposed
    Annual Budget for FY 2024.
