INTRODUCTION
Year 2020, mental health conditions are the second biggest health problem
affecting Malaysians after heart diseases. A national survey by the Ministry of
Health found that one in three Malaysian adults aged 16 years and above (29.2
per cent) have a mental health condition, nearly triple from 11.2 per cent in 2006.
The states of Sabah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur and Sarawak have the highest
prevalence of mental health conditions.
In this Team Building the games are specially crafted and selected to foster
collaboration, improve communication, increase trust and cooperation between
team members, and create an appreciation towards their organizational culture.
Deeper learning takes place where they not only experience the games but
appreciate the lessons as well in their own unique ways through our facilitation
and debrief process

PROGRAM METHODOLOGY

This program is not theoretical, it is designed to be fully practical hands on and results oriented.
Trainer incorporates technologies learnt in Neuro Linguistic Programming with CBT ( Cognitive
Behaviour Theraphy ) & Action Learning to create an environment where participants will be fully
engaged on both conscious and subconscious level.
Training is delivered in a highly interactive and experiential way. Concepts and background
information are presented through group exercises, discussion and activities creating an environment
that facilitates accelerated learning and application.
A vast body of scientific evidence now exists on how, when, and why people say “yes” to requests.
Among them is the study of NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming.
NLP is about modelling; studying, understanding and transferring the skills of top performers in any
field. By using NLP, your people will be able to enhance their regular activity into a focused, energetic
and strategic experience.
NLP is an advanced tool used by many successful professionals in a whole range of activities. The
simplicity of the tool plus its effectiveness makes it a much sought after edge of today’s professionals.
Participants will learn, practice and assimilate these skills into their daily activities until they become
unconsciously competent in these skills in a conducive save space.

An activity where participants will answer set of mental health questions
to gauge which zone do they fall into , mental health is about having
awareness and acknowledge the reality. Learning on how the brain reacts
through brain Hijacks and its effect to stress hormones.
