    Sir:

    Safe schools promote the protection of all learners from violence, exposure to weapons and
    threats, bullying and harassments on school grounds, and other emergencies. School safety is
    linked to improve students and school outcomes. Inside the school premise, the Pangasinan
    School of Arts and Trades administration maintains an orderly and peaceful environment,
    however, during class dismissals when learners are outside the campus some untoward
    incidents may happen.

    In connection with this, may we request police assistance and visibility during class
    dismissals, 11:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 5:30pm, in front of the PSAT premises along
    Alvear Street West, Poblacion area. The presence of your great men in uniform will ensure
    safety and security among our learners and other stakeholders.

    We are looking forward for a positive response to this request. More power and God speed.
