    GUIDELINES AND SCHEDULE FOR SPOT COUNSELING
    OF B.Tech, B.Plan, B.Arch & Int. MSc. Programmes: 2023-2024
    In pursuance to the Letter No. SDTE-HTE-HTE-I-0003-2017/6224/SDTE Dated.29.8.2023, Skill
    Development & Technical Education Department, Government of Odisha, it is decided to conduct the
    SPOT Counselling for the admission into 1st year B.Tech, B.Plan, B.Arch. and Int. M.Sc. courses for the
    Academic Year 2023-24 for both the un-allotted seats as notified by OJEE and the non-reported seats after
    the final allotment with the modalities as detailed below. The vacant seat position is enclosed at page 2 of
    this notice. All interested candidates are to follow the guidelines/instructions carefully before participating in
    the counselling process.
    (i) The following category candidates will be allowed to participate in the spot admission process of the
    University against vacant seats.
    (a) The candidates, who have not participated in earlier rounds of OJEE counseling / who have
    withdrawn from the OJEE counseling process.
    (b) The candidates who have participated in earlier rounds of OJEE counseling but have not got
    allotted of seats / allotted a seat but not confirmed/considered further due to any reason.
    (c) The candidates who have been issued final allotment letter after final round of OJEE
    Counseling but have not reported at their allotted institution.
    (ii) Tentative schedule for the spot admission.

    Allotment of seats for 1st Phase of SPOT Counselling will be displayed in
    the University website with necessary instructions.
    07.09.2023 Online deposit of part-admission fee of Rs.20,000/- through payment
    portal of candidate’s login. (in the above link)
    08.09.2023 at 1pm Allotment of seats for 2nd Phase of SPOT COUNSELING for students not
    allotted in the 1st Phase. It will be displayed in the University website with
    necessary instructions.
    08.09.2023 Online deposit of part-admission fee of Rs.20,000/- through payment
    portal of candidate’s login. (for 2nd phase) (in the above link)
    09.09.2023 Reporting (for both 1st and 2nd phases of Spot) at OUTR Bhubaneswar
    and follow other instructions notified in the website: www.outr,ac.in.
