    Children sitting on the parent's lap can ride the bus for free. However, children must buy a full price ticket if they need an individual
    seat.
    Price already includes administration fee.
    Ticket is only valid for the date and time as written in the ticket.
    Maximum baggage is 25 kg. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.
    For passengers who bring electronic goods (which take up more space) an additional fee will be charged, the first 5kg will be charged
    Rp.42,500 and the next kg will be charged Rp.7,500.
    Passengers are not allowed to carry liquor and alcoholic drinks, weapons (e.g. knife, swords), or other dangerous items.
    Animals are not allowed in the bus.
    Passengers must keep the bus clean.
    Pahala Kencana will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.
    Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
    If the bus experiences mechanical failure or disruption during the trip, the passengers will be transferred to another available bus. If
    another bus is not available, the passengers can change their departure or ask for a refund directly from Pahala Kencana.
    Passengers are expected to arrive 1 hour before departure.
    Special provisions for positive Covid-19 passengers before leaving by including a positive certificate from an official agency, therefore,
    due to the pandemic, we provide a full refund policy (after deducting agent commissions) according to the name stated on the
    certificate

    Passengers must meet the following requirements:
    Passengers must have PeduliLindungi App.
    Passengers who have received the third dose of vaccination (booster) are no longer required to show a negative RT-PCR or antigen
    test results.
    Passengers who have received two dose of vaccination are required to show a negative result of RT-PCR test taken 3 x 24 hours prior
    to departure. Alternatively, the passengers could present a negative result of antigen test taken 1 x 24 hours prior to departure.
    Passengers who have received only one dose of vaccination are required to show a negative result of RT-PCR test taken 3 x 24 hours
    prior to departure.
    Passengers who have not been vaccinated due to medical reasons need to show proof of vaccine exemption from a State Hospital,
    and should present a negative result of RT-PCR test taken 3 x 24 hours prior to departure or a negative result of antigen test taken 1 x
    24 hours prior to departure.
    Children under the age of 6 may travel accompanied by an adult and apply the proper COVID-19 health protocol.
     
    Tickets for travel during the Eid period (March 10 to May 14, 2023) cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
    Please confirm your departure date before making any payments.
    Ticket cancellations will be considered forfeited.
