    AGREEMENT

    We __________________________________ of legal age, singe/married, FilipinoN Citizen


    residing at ___________________________ , ______________________________ of
    legal age, singe/married, Filipino Citizen residing at ______________________________ and
    ____________________________________ of legal age, singe/married, Filipino Citizen
    residing at ________________________________ are the legal heirs of AGAPITA
    BONIFACIO who died on ______________________ and left us a property covered by
    TCT No. 057-2011012965 containing an area of Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty Four (6,154)
    square meters situated at LIgas, Bacoor City and particularly described as follows:
    ‘A parcel of Land (Lot 4970-B) of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-42102 approved as a
    non-subdivision project being A of Lot 4070, Imus Estate LRC Record No. 8843) situated in
    the Barrio of LIgas, Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon bounded on
    the NE., Points 1-2 xxxxxxx containing an area of Six Thousand One hundred Fifty Four
    (6,154) square meters’
    That as Legal heirs we agreed to divide the said parcel of land equally among ourselves and
    we committed ourselves to execute an Extra Judicial Settlement to legally transfer the said
    property among ourselves,
    That we further agree that to generate cash to pay the Estate Tax and pay other expenses,
    we will allow ourselves to sell portion of our inherited property allocated to us to third
    parties or buyers
    The we finally agree that we will not claim or execute adverse claims or lis pendens on the
    portion sold by my co-owners to any third parties/buyers in the future to avoid any suits or
    counter suits or issues that may arise from such sales.
