• Panel Testing
• MW01 & MW02: These panels were designed specifically for LMDS
(Local Multiple Distribution Services) service providers. Due to the carriers
strict RF requirements, SCS spent many hours in the testing lab developing
these panels for specific microwave frequencies. The MW01 panel is
optimized to provide RF transparency for the 21-31 GHz frequency range.
The MW02 optimum frequency ranges are 14-23 and 35-39 GHz.
• CS01: Our CS01 panels are a lower cost alternative to the StealthSkin™
V panel; the panel is designed for Cellular frequencies only. The structural
integrity of the CS01 panel is similar to that of the StealthSkin™ V panel.
Sites designed using the CS01 panel will use fewer vertical supports than the
sites designed with fiberglass panels.
• Corner Panels: Given the strength of the 90 degree corner panels, verti-
cal supports are eliminated providing a clear window for an antenna’s
signal. Our standard 90 degree corner panels are available in all the above
panel types. Custom angles are available upon request and can range from
30 to 120 degrees.
• Fire Rated: Local building codes may require that materials used within
the construction of certain buildings must pass fire-rated criteria. These
panels are constructed using fire rated materials. Refer to the Fire Retardant
Capabilities page (in this section) for the testing data on these panels. These
panels are non-stocked items and must be special ordered.
• Radius: SCS can custom fabricate all the above mentioned panels to meet
the radius requirements for a given site. Example: radius applications
include silos, smokestack extensions, and water tank concealments.
Note: All panels listed in the above matrix (except for fire-rated and radius versions) are stocked items and can be
fabricated to match any degree of bend. Please allow longer lead times for fire-rated and radius versions. Panel weights
listed are estimated and do not include attachment hardware or fasteners.

Note 1: - Compressive Strength: Tested Perpendicular to the face of the board thickness
direction at 10% deformation or yield, whichever occurs first.
Note 2: - R-Value: Value is based on testing at 75 degrees Fahrenheit Mean Temperature and
is consistent with the criteria of the ASTM C578 and the FTC trade rule (16 FPR Part 460).
Tests were conducted by Ramtech Laboratories, Inc. using the air bag method. The
panel sizes tested were 4’ x 10’ and 4’ x 5’. The panels were secured as in a typical
field application, [see Figure 1,2 and 3 on other side] using a 6”x ¼” FRP Wide
Flange Beam backed by 3” x ¼” FRP Angle bolted to the web creating a track for
the panels.
The 10’ panels were tested up to 114 psf without panel failure. The 114 psf is equal
to over a 200 mph basic windload. By modifying some connections, the panel could
withstand even higher loads, if needed.
The 5’ panels were tested up to 306 psf without panel failure. The 306 psf is in
excess of a 200 mph basic windload. By modifying some connections, the panel
could withstand even higher loads, if needed. Loading limits on panel lengths
between the 5’ and 10’ panels tested can be interpolated from these results.
These tests show that STEALTH® Concealment Solutions, Inc. can design a
structurally sound antenna concealment that can be architecturally matched to
existing buildings, e.g., brick, stucco, corrugation, louvers, etc. The strength and
versatility are additional features, since the first consideration in designing these
panels is the high quality RF transmission.
STEALTH® Concealment Solutions, Inc. uses Pultruded Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic that is
manufactured using a Fire Retardant Polyester Resin System. This resin system exhibits a fire
retardant rating of 25 or less when tested in accordance with ASTM -84 and exhibits low smoke
generation.
StealthSkin™ V Panel
The StealthSkin™ V Panel is constructed by laminating two (2) sheets of ABS plastic on either side
of Extruded Polystyrene foam panel. The adhesive that is used in the laminating process is a trade
secret. The adhesive is approved by ICBO Evaluation Services, Inc. for the purpose of constructing
laminated sandwich panels. The ABS plastic resin require a continuous flame source to ignite. The
autoignition is 508c (946f ). The Extruded Polystyrene has a flash point of 354c (670f ) flash ignition
temperature - the method used: ASTM D 1929 Proc. B.
Flame Spread = 40
