1. All payments to be made in favour of "VST MOTORS PVT LTD" only by DD/Cheque/RTGS Payable at Chennai

3. Prices and Specifications are subject to change without any prior notice
4. Prices and Taxes prevailing at the time of delivery will be applicable
5. Registration and Delivery of the car is subject to realization of the Cheque/DD/RTGS/NEFT/IMPS
6. Temporary Registration and Special number charges will be extra and it is not included in the price list
7. Installation of Fastag is mandatory
8. PAN Card and Aadhar card are mandatory for Invoicing in Individual name/PAN Card and GST Certificate are mandatory for Invoicing in Company name
9. TCS 1% will be charged for the Ex-Showroom value above 10 Lacs
10.As per the govt regulations, a TCS of 5% will be applicable in the absence of preceding 2 years ITR
11. Insurance values listed here are subject to change without any prior notice
12. Insurance Add-on coverage premium will be charged extra
13. Fitment charges may be applicable for selective Accessories
14. 100% Payment is to be made before Delivery
15. No interest will be paid on any payments made to VST MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED
16. Deliveries are subject to availability of colours /stock. Delivery will be commenced post realization of DD/Cheque/NEFT/RTGS
