Offer Letter 6406
Congratulations on your offer to join our growing team at Community Medical Centers!
For your convenience, we have outlined information related to your offer as well as specific
requirements that must be met prior to your first day of employment. Please note that this
letter does not constitute a contract for employment, but is merely an acknowledgement
of the offer of employment. This offer of employment is contingent upon successfully
passing your pre-employment drug test, health assessment, and background investigation.
The drug test and health assessment must be completed within the allotted time given and
resolved no later than 2 weeks post job offer.
You will not be scheduled for orientation until all onboarding and Employee Health
items are completed. This includes required paperwork, clearances and all
licensure/certifications validated.
In order to comply with the Immigration Reform Act of 1986, we will need to see proof of
your identity and valid authorization to work in the United States. Please be prepared to
show this information to a Human Resource Services representative. In addition,
Community Medical Centers is committed to providing a drug-free work environment.
Thus, as part of the required lab work, a drug screening is mandatory of all new
employees.
You have an anticipated orientation date of February 22, 2022. To allow for social
distancing precautions, orientation will be held virtually when at all possible via the Go To
Webinar platform. Prior to orientation, you will be sent an email with instructions on how
to access the program. If you do not have a tablet, desktop, or laptop computer, please
advise our Human Resources team at [email protected] so that
other arrangements may be made.
Please plan to virtually join the Go To Webinar at 7:45 a.m.. The session will begin promptly
at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. Please note that depending on your role, additional
clinical orientation days may be required. You will receive an email with more information
about this prior to orientation.
Once again, congratulations on your offer! We hope that you choose to have a long-
lasting career with Community Medical Centers, the Central Valley’s “Employer of Choice.”
Cordially,
