Achievements:
Key person in organizing, training of key positions and successfully launched the Sealed Tray
Products in Abha Plant.
Suggested and conducted trials in the aim of reducing rejections by changing the Farm harvest
schedule and Slaughter start time. Due to this, rejections was reduced, improved Cut-ups
recovery, reduced DOA percentage and increased Monthly Fresh Chilled Production by 5-8%.

Summary of Job Description:
Direct and coordinate the main processing operation in all aspects with a view to achieving
targets, fulfilling all Marketing orders, minimizing shrinkage and optimizing recovery in the
portioning and deboning sections.
Ensuring the highest quality standards in all aspects. With this, ensuring continuous
coordination with QC and QA in respect to ensuring quality standards.
Ensuring that all established SOPs are strictly implemented and develop new procedure for
continuous improvement.
Manage all workers from Receiving to Dispatch Section in maintaining the company standards
such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure
(SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Constantly on the look-out for new concepts aimed at improving and modifying existing
procedures with the aim of meeting short and long term objectives in the context of company
goals, targets and other requirements that may vary from time to time.
Liaise with Engineering/Maintenance Management to discuss and make innovation to improve
