Dear Student,

Marhaba! Welcome to Staybridge Suites Al-Maktoum Airport.

On behalf of the entire team, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel to embrace
the energy of this vibrant city.

We are delighted to inform you the entitlement that is included throughout your stay:

Facilities:

- Lobby: Living Room & The Den áreas, open 24 Hours


- 3rd Floor: Fitness center and laundry room, open 24 Hours
- 3rd Floor: Sauna and steam room, open from 08:00 to 20:00
- 4th Floor: Swimming pool, sauna and steam room, open from 08:00 to 20:00

• Complimentary High Speed WiFi Internet access within the hotel premises
• In the room do they provide towel, bedsheet, but they will be the one to wash it (free),
or request them to be washed at an additional charge (50 AED)

Hotel rules and regulations:

• Visitors are allowed to use the “The Living Room” but strictly not allowed to access the
guestrooms
• Smoking in the room and in undesignated areas, tampering with fire detecting
equipment (including smoke detectors in rooms) and opening the windows are strictly
prohibited. AED1,000 penalty charge will apply to any violator
• The management will provide 1 set of key for each bedroom. AED200 per key will be
charged for any loss or damag
• The tenant is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from
21:00pm – 08:00am. If the tenant violates the quiet hours policy on two separate
documented occasions, the landlord reserves the right to charge the tenant a penalt of
AED1,000 and/or evict the tenant, the decision of which is the sole right of the hotel
management.

The management requires inventory check 2 hours prior check out hence kindly advise the
Reception Desk regarding your departure time.

A charge will be incurred for any missing/damage items.

Type of rooms

• Single room: For couples or one person


• Shared room: Two people of the same gender
• The students will be placed by gender, that is, women share their apartment with other
women, men with other men. In the case of couples, they will stay in a single room and
the other room that is shared will be for two men in the same apartment, and also
depends on availability.
• Each apartment has: Kitchen, living room, a room shared by gender for two people, a
single room for one person or couple, 2 bathrooms; the couple or single room will have
attached bathroom in their room.

Room cleaning

• The cleaning of the room is twice a week, depending on the schedule of each floor.

Accommodation extension

• If the student wishes to extend their accommodation, they must notify the school 5 days
before the end of their stay, to confirm availability and rates, for extensions it must take a
minimum of 2 weeks, they must pay in advance the booking.
Location and check in

• It is suggested to arrive at the accommodation Friday or Saturday prior to the start of your
classes.
• The accommodation is located in Staybridge Suites Al Maktoum, approximately 40
minutes from the school, however, the student will receive a free shuttle at specific times.

Room cleaning

• The cleaning of the room is twice a week, depending on the schedule of each floor.
