Order cancellation :
Entire amount will be forfeited on cancellation of given order or can be adjusted with any of the other machine order
given by same company.

Installation
OPTION I
Initial Installation of machine and training to operator is free in India (Acomodation and local transport will be provided
by client free of cost). Further each and every visit, the below charges per day will be applicable additionally:
Within Ahmedabad: INR 2500/-

Anywhere in Gujarat excluding Ahmedabad: INR 4,500/-

OPTION II
Initial Installation of machine and training to operator is free in India and abroad (VISA charges, Air tickets,
food, acomodation and local transport will be provided by client free of cost). Further each and every visit, the below
charges per day will be applicable additionally:
Per day Engineer visit Charges : USD 300/-

All our packing machines require the below additional attachments. The client is at free will to procure it from their
vendors or buy it from Helios Concrew.

Disclaimer:
The Buyout / add-on Items which are included in the overall discount offer; those buyout / add-on items will not be
deducted afterwards. If at all client insists, the same will be deducted at 50% chaarge of the original pricing mentioned.
Discount Offer
Electrical or Electronic Parts are not covered under warranty in case of Power Fluctuations
Pneumatic Parts are not covered under warranty in case of Humid Conditions. It is advised to customer to install
Air Dryer before Air Supply
Mechanical Parts are not covered under warranty in case of overheat conditions. It is advised to customer to
install Chiller to keep the parts cool
