My Performance Tasks

Performance Task 1 Take some photographs of classroom structure/design that

create a positive classroom atmosphere.
Performance Task 2 Design your classroom routines to ensure an effective
classroom structure.
What is the impact of these classroom routines on students’ learning?

 Establishing routines inside the classroom can give the students a positive
learning environment, and the teacher can effectively manage the classroom.
Classroom routines in the learning environment assist in organizing, child
monitoring, and the development of a connection between the teacher and the
students. This can also help deal with behavioral issues, teach children
interaction, and help them comprehend what is expected of them ahead.

he/she formulated in classes to create an atmosphere of
fairness, respect, and care. Write your narration below.

Answer: I was able to maintain order, harmony, and organization in

my class discussion by creating these rules. These rules for the
classroom help me avoid problems rather than addressing them. I
made sure that children would always behave appropriately while I
set up the guidelines for my classroom. For it to accomplish an

My learning Artifact(s)

Interview with two learners. Ask them why positive and non-violent discipline is effective
in the management of learner behavior.

Name of student: Ahadah Leosala

Grade:10
Response: Our school is considered as our second home and teachers are also
considered as our second parents. Positive and non-violent discipline is effective
because students nowadays have become more sensitive and fragile compared to the
old days. As a child, I understand why parents sometimes choose to be violent when it
comes to disciplining their children. I believe that students in our generation should be
receiving positive and non-violent discipline for us to be comfortable inside the learning
environment. You as a teacher who treated us well, and who understands our mistakes
as a child can make a big impact in our lives.

Name of student: Adriano Galit II

Grade:10
Response: Teachers themselves are the visual aids that students are looking up to.
They play an important role inside the classroom where we learn a lot from them. If the
teacher gave us a feeling of comfort, safety, and security inside the classroom, I can
consider that he/she is a good teacher. A non-violent and positive way of disciplining a
student is effective though it takes time, I assure you that in this way the students are
starting to see you as their parents that they never had. Especially if that student
experienced violence at home.
