1. Demonstrate knowledge and skills that are manual or concrete or practical and/or operational in focus. In conditions where there is
very close support, guidance or supervision; minimum judgment or discretion is needed.
2. Apply knowledge and skills that are manual, practical and/or operational in focus with a variety of options. In conditions where there
is substantial support, guidance or supervision; limited judgment or discretion is needed.
3. Illustrate the balance between theoretical and practical. At the same time, they can demonstrate their understanding of the work
PROGRAM process, identify problems and provide solutions and make decisions to determine process, equipment and materials to be used.
GOALS 4. Contribute to technical solutions of a non-routine or contingency nature and to evaluation and analysis of current practices and the
development of new criteria and procedures. They are also able to demonstrate leadership and guidance when organizing activities
of self and others.
5. Illustrate, with significant depth, some areas together with wide-ranging, specialized technical, creative and conceptual skills. Perform
work activities demonstrating breadth, depth and complexity in the planning and initiation of alternative approaches to skills and
knowledge applications across a broad range of technical and/or management requirements, evaluation and coordination.
