CONSTITUTION
b. To reach out students and teachers and be transformed in faith and love of Jesus
Christ in their lives;
c. To help members grow and develop their personality in a holistic way founded
in the fear of God for them to become good models and great
influencers in the "Ekklesia" or "Community";
Section 1. The bases of this organization are the basic doctrines of the Christian
faith which are the following:
Section 1. Membership and the fellowship shall be open to all students and faculty
members who believe in the Basis of Faith, affirm and support the
purposes of the organization. Admission is voluntary in
nature;

Secretary
Treasurer
Auditor
Public Information Officers
Peace Officers
Social Managers
Grade Level Representatives.
The elected officers shall be responsible for the design and implementation of
their plan of actions for the benefit of the school and the students during their
term office which will be for one school year.
Section 2. There shall be one adviser who is a full time ESP teacher, appointed by
the Department Head and the Christian Organization Consultant
and approved by the School Head. The adviser shall be in agreement to
the aims and purposes of the organization and shall monitor, supervise
and ensure the proper conduct and implementation of all programs and
activities as reflected in their plan of action.
Section 1. The Executive Committee shall be composed of the officers, and such
others as the Committee may add from time to time.
a. To carry out the purpose, general policies, and programs of the organization as
efficiently ss possible.
b. To call the annual Executive Committee meeting for consideration of new
officers, and submission of reports of the various activities for the
school year.
c. To be responsible for the continuity and functionality of the organization for
each school year.
Section 2. Meetings for the transaction of business shall be held on the schedule set
by the Executive Committee;
Section 3. The annual meeting shall be held on the last month of the school year of
the school;
Section 5. The Executive Committee shall men regluty for the evaluation of the
affairs of the organization for at least once a month.
Section 1. To sustain the program and operations, the organization shall raise funds
from the membership fees and donations of the regular members
and honorary members;
Section 2. It shall hold fund raising activities for its programs and projects,
Section 3. The organization shall decide through casting of votes the amount of the
monthly dues and fines from the regular members;
Section 4. No funds will be spent without the knowledge and approval of the
Executive Committee.
Section 1. The Constitution shall be adopted upon approval of two - thirds vote of the
members.
Section 2. Amendments to this constitution shall not be valid unless a copy has been
approved in the office of EsP Department and the CNHS
Administration.
