    NATIONAL ACRYLIC BOND TOP (UNDER-COAT )

    DESCRIPTION Special primer based on pure acrylic polymer having excellent


    adhesion, penetrating into cementitious substrates, highly resistant
    for weathering recommended as primer for exterior paints, and it
    could be used in internal surfaces .
    RECOMMENDED USE Exterior concrete, cement , plaster.
    TECHNICAL INFORMATION
    Colors White .
    Viscosity 20 ± 3 Poise.
    Specific Gravity 1.50±0.02
    Solid by Weight % 71±2
    Covering Rate (2 coat 5-10 % 8 -10 m2/L
    dilution)
    Drying Time Touch dry :1 hr.
    Recoatable : 2-3 hrs.
    Full dry : 24 hours .
    SURFACE PREPARATION
    Surface should be dry, clean & dust free from all loose particles.
    APPLICATION DATA
    Application Methods Brush & roll.
    Thinning / Cleaning of Tools Water
    CONDITIONS DURING APPLICATION
    The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C above the dew point measured in the substrate
    vicinity.
    MISCELLANEOUS DATA
    STORAGE The product must be stored according to National Regulations. The
    product should be kept in a cool and well ventilated place,
    protected from heat and direct sunlight at temp 5-35ºC. Containers
    must be kept tightly closed.
    HANDLING Handle with care, mix well before use.
    SHELF LIFE 18 months.
    SAFETY / HEALTH - Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
    - Avoid contact with skin and eyes. While painting it is advisable
    to wear eye protector. In case of contact with eyes, rinse
    immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. To
    remove splashes from skin; use soap and water or a recognized
    skin cleaner.
    - Keep out of reach of children.
