Introduction In adherence to Deped Order No. 22 s. 2023, in line
with the Implementing Guidelines on the School
Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2023-
2024, the Department of Education (Deped) issues the

enclosed policy on the conduct of INSET that will
happen on January 24-30, 2024. INSET is essential to
develop the full potential of teachers as educators and
catalyst of change in molding the minds of the
learners and this is design for the teachers to perform
their functions effectively and efficiently through
acquiring new skills and modern technology.
The five-day INSET training shall be spent for
the conduct of Teacher's Professional Development,
ICT expertise and equipped with knowledge in the
implementation of school projects and programs.
This endeavor is hopeful that the conduct of this
activity would bridge the gap of making the teachers
profoundly equipping themselves with the necessary
information.
Program Objectives 1. Evaluate the school’s progress attained in the
implementation of the Educatioanal Programs,
Projects and Activities (PPAs)
2. To review the performance of teachers and the
school staff to address concerns through collaborative
effort.
3. To continually develop, enhance and improve the
competency of teachers and staff through professional
development and work related activities.

M and E Analysis After completing the training for 5 days, an evaluation
help the proponent to gather feed backs and
suggestions to improve the quality of training and to
evaluate the needs assessment phase of the training.
Issues encountered before, Some participants have not attended the session
during and after the conduct. because of the Hectic schedules due to overlapping of
activities.
General Comments and Issues The training was successfully done. The speakers
Encountered delivered their topics well in which captivate the
attention of the participants because of their expertise
and hands on activities that developed a more effective
learning activities.
Recommendations/suggestions Teachers need to engage in workshop and training to
for improvement achieve the teaching skills. We are very fortunate to

have this 5-day School-Based In-Service Training to
give us opportunity to grow and develop our skills and
gained more strategies in dealing with our students
especially those at risk.
