enclosed policy on the conduct of INSET that will
happen on January 24-30, 2024. INSET is essential to
develop the full potential of teachers as educators and
catalyst of change in molding the minds of the
learners and this is design for the teachers to perform
their functions effectively and efficiently through
acquiring new skills and modern technology.
The five-day INSET training shall be spent for
the conduct of Teacher's Professional Development,
ICT expertise and equipped with knowledge in the
implementation of school projects and programs.
This endeavor is hopeful that the conduct of this
activity would bridge the gap of making the teachers
profoundly equipping themselves with the necessary
information.
Program Objectives 1. Evaluate the school’s progress attained in the
implementation of the Educatioanal Programs,
Projects and Activities (PPAs)
2. To review the performance of teachers and the
school staff to address concerns through collaborative
effort.
3. To continually develop, enhance and improve the
competency of teachers and staff through professional
development and work related activities.
