1.3.2) Accomodating
1. Clarity
The clarity of the message is one of the most important
factors in effective communication. The message should be
clear, concise, and easy to understand, without any
ambiguity or confusion. When the message is clear, it is
easier for the recipient to understand the information being
communicated. It is important to choose the right words
and phrasing to ensure that the message is conveyed
effectively.
2. Context
The context in which the communication is taking place can
also have a significant impact on its effectiveness.
Understanding the audience and the purpose of the
communication can help to tailor the message to the
specific context. The context includes the environment, the
timing, the audience, and the channel of communication. A
message that is appropriate in one context may not be
appropriate in another.
3. Body Language
Body language is an important aspect of communication. It
includes gestures, facial expressions, eye contact, and tone
of voice. The non-verbal cues can convey as much meaning
as the words being spoken. It is important to be aware of
the body language used when communicating, as it can have
a significant impact on how the message is received.
4. Active Listening
Active listening is an essential component of effective
communication. It involves paying attention to the speaker,
asking questions, and responding appropriately. Active
listening shows that the listener is engaged and interested in
the conversation, and it can help to build trust and
understanding between the speaker and listener. It is
important to avoid interrupting the speaker or making
assumptions about what they are saying.
5. Feedback
Feedback is an important aspect of effective
communication. It involves providing information to the
speaker about how their message was received. This can
help to clarify any misunderstandings and ensure that the
message was received as intended. Feedback can also help
to build trust and improve communication in the future.
6. Culture and Diversity

Meditate
Meditation is another valuable strategy for coping with
stress. Mindfulness or meditation exercises can help you
relax and allow you to approach your negative thoughts and
emotions from another vantage point.
Meditation can be as simple as closing your eyes and
creating a blank space in your mind. Or you can try guided
sessions with the help of meditation apps or videos.
Distance yourself
putting some distance between you and your stress. Remind
yourself that you are experiencing a specific thought or
feeling, but that doesn’t necessarily represent your
permanent reality.
Ask yourself: “What else is happening in that moment?”
Distancing yourself can also mean distracting yourself
temporarily from what’s stressing you out. That doesn’t
mean bottling it up and forgetting about it, though.
This may involve setting aside small moments where you
take a break from tasks, chores, and life’s daily stressors. Or
it may include removing yourself from the situation that’s
causing you to feel stressed.
For example, if the news gives you anxiety, take breaks from
social media or limit your consumption to only a few times a
day or week.

2.3)
Adopt a positive mental attitude because when you’re
frequently receiving lower grades than you’d hoped for, you
may start to feel depressed or defeated, and feel like giving
up. The first step on the road to improving your grades is to
turn this negativity on its head. You need to be positive
about the situation if you’re to stand a chance of improving
it.
