    It is a pleasure to extend the following offer of employment. We believe that your

    Community Location: Elegance Employer - Valley Farms, LLC

    Position Title: Personal Care Assistant

    Compensation Details: USD $15.50 USD/Hourly.

    Start Date: 06/03/24

    Benefits: Please refer to the Employee Handbook for eligibility details.

    Time Off: You will be entitled to Paid Time Off according to the employee handbook which
    you will receive under separate cover.
    Your Job Description is included for review and outlines the responsibilities of your role. As
    we grow, duties and responsibilities may change when the opportunities for additional
    business arise.

    Although we hope that our relationship will be mutually rewarding, the employment
    relationship between Elegance Living and you is at-will, meaning that the employment
    relationship may be terminated by the Company or by you at any time, and for any reason.
    The Company also may modify the terms and conditions of your employment at will. While
    certain paragraphs of this offer letter describe events that could occur at any particular
    time in the future, nothing in this offer letter may be construed as guaranteeing
    employment of any specified duration. If any representations have been made contrary to
    this at-will relationship, those representations are superseded by this offer. This at-will
    relationship only may be altered by a written document signed by a Senior Vice President
    of the Company

    This at-will job offer is contingent upon completion of our pre-employment background
    check, successful reference check, and drug test.
