    Description
    Troymax™ Antiskin B is supplied as a clear, colorless liquid.

    Application & Use


    Troymax Antiskin B is an anti-skinning agent for catalyzed, auto-oxidative coatings.

    Typical resin system applications include:

    • Long, medium, and short oil alkyd resins


    • Drying oils
    • Styrene and vinyl toluene modified alkyd resins
    • Oil-modified polyurethane resins
    • Epoxy ester resins

    Troymax Antiskin B hinders in-can skin formation on storage of paints, inks, varnishes, and pigment dispersions. Troymax Antiskin B
    evaporates rapidly from applied film, thereby assuring minimal effect on drying time.

    Formulation Considerations
    Troymax™ Antiskin B is generally added at the end of the manufacturing process. As a low viscosity liquid, it is readily incorporated with mild agitation.

    Due to various possibilities of application and different methods of processing, it is advised to check compatibility in the development of new
    products. For further assistance, please contact your Troy representative.

    Shelf-life is 60 months from date of manufacture.
