THE QR CODE FEVER IN IT

1. Story and How QR code operates (overall nhất về qr code) (4m)

 dẫn vào bằng 1 cái qr chứa thông tin bản thân và bảo mn scan chúng r dẫn vào
(vừa dẫn vừa engage khán giả) 1m
 Definition: QR code stands for Quick Response Code, which is the trademark
for the type of matrix barcode which was invented by the Japanese corporation
Denso Wave. QR code has a number of features such as large capacity data
encoding, dirt and damage resistance, high speed reading, small print out size,
360 degree reading and structural flexibility of application.
 QR code can be a compressed complexity of a pdf, picture, url….
 tại sao mình consider nó lại là 1 xu hướng công nghệ của tương lai?
Trải nghiệm của mình vs QR code và gắn lên nhiều ng dc: Well, I will tell you
reasons why our team considered that QR Code will stand for the future
tendency of Technology. Let me tell you a story recently I have experienced and
concluded something for myself. If I’m not mistaken it was exactly on the
previous Friday when I went out with my best friend for some films. I booked our
tickets in advance at National CinemaI. Normally, at other cinemas like Beta
Cinema, BHD Cinema in VietNam. When you arrive, you have to go to the ticket
counter to check in and get a paper ticket right, but at the national theater, there
is a new thing that is, after booking a ticket in advance, I was given a email which
contained QR Code and when I arrived, I went straight to the movie room instead
of standing at the check-in counter, which is no different from the experience of
going to the movie theater and booking tickets directly before going up to watch.
The interesting thing is that this QR Code only needs to be ‘’ting’’ once to enter
the cinema room. It has verified for me basic information such as who I am, when
to book the ticket, seat number, what's the movie's name? ... Very clear, right?
Therefore, the national theater's application of QR codes for pre-booked tickets
has allowed customers to experience the true service: BOOK IN ADVANCE
means PRIORITY + SAVE TIME (no need to stand in line AND check in) + super
fast happens in about 1 second. And I’m sure that you guys here will be pleased
with the superiority of QR code.
=> Therefore, we concluded that the technology which has ability to
reshape the world must have these features:
 First, easy to deploy and approach to a large people
 Second, time and money saving
 Third, greener for the environment

2. The practical applications of QR code in information technology field (4m)

 Contain and store information according to different purposes of personal
such as fill with the form, scanning for payment: just one scan only, these
procedures are done easily because they are automatedly fill with
customers’ information without any more actions, the only thing we have to
do is to check our information once and click on our screen once to twice
times.
 An alternative for traditional advertisement form: In the past, brochures
and leaflets were a common mode of transferring information to the
customers for commercial purposes. Companies had to design these
papers and print them in large amounts and deliver them to the hands of
customers => QR scanning helps to protect the environment by controlling
the amount of paper trash given off because there is no need to cut down
trees to serve for paper production.

3. why it is a fever (lí do nó là 1 hiện tượng) and how it reshape the world ( nói về
popularity của chúng trên thế giới) + đưa ra xu hướng CỦA CHÚNG TRONG
TƯƠNG LAI (6m)
1. QR Code now has almost virtually no opponent in this field due to its superiority
functions below. Should I compare it with another one?
 QR code data capacity: A QR code has a maximum symbol size of
177×177 modules. It can contain as much as 31,329 squares which can
encode 3KB of data. This means a QR code can store data the size of a
total of 7,089 numeric characters or 4,269 alphanumeric ones.
 Speed (fast to approach to the information): QR codes take a second to scan
quickly because they are designed to be read by a scanner efficiently. When a QR
code is scanned, the scanner's camera reads the code, which is then decoded and
processed by the scanner's software. Also it will take 2 - 3 seconds to generate a
new one.
 Save Time and Money: QR codes are a cost-effective way to deliver marketing
messages and can be easily printed on a variety of materials. They can also be
updated in real-time, allowing you to make changes to your marketing campaigns
without having to reprint materials.
=> Environmental Benefit
2. nổi tiếp after đại dịch covid 19 nhưng đã được ứng dụng từ trước
rồi năm 1986 ở nhật bản
 QR code didn’t seem to catch on back around 2010 when it was first
starting to be widely used.
 The primary reason was the high barrier to entry.
 Moreover, at that time, not many people owned smartphones, and those
who did often had to download a third-party app to read the codes.

Increased use of QR Codes during COVID-19

 According to Investopedia, the recent pandemic has dramatically increased the
use of QR codes, with a reported 25 times surge for restaurants and seven times
over surge for hotels as societies shifted toward touchless interactions.
Businesses in the hospitality sectors, like restaurants and bars, utilized QR codes
for safe communication (such as digital menus, among many other use cases)
and transactions. While paper menus returned, the use of QR codes continued
post-pandemic. The pandemic demonstrated the adaptability and versatility of
QR codes, suggesting their potential for use in various industries.

ITS POPULARITY IN THE WORLD NOW

A general view of how countries use QR Codes today

 There’s tremendous growth in the uptake of QR Code technology globally

because it’s a proven effective communication and marketing tool. There
was a 41% increase in global adoption between 2022 and 2023 on the
Bitly Connections Platform and QR Code Generator alone, showing just
how popular this technology has become.
 With countries like China, VietNam, the US and the UK increasing their
QR Code use, there are no signs that usage will decline in the coming
years. In fact, QR Codes may become even more popular as more
countries find creative ways to use them, including: Digital QR Code
payments, Digital identification, Social media…
3. The potentials of QR Code in the future

The popularity of QR code grows rapidly with the growth of smartphone users
and thus the QR code is rapidly arriving at high levels of acceptance worldwide.
In future years, QR code will be developed to be more flexible and safer for
users.
QR Code allows your creativity to shine by letting you create QR Codes for
whichever purpose you have in mind. You can follow the USA’s lead and create
fun and interactive QR Codes that link to different types of content, or China’s
lead and create drone QR Codes—the possibilities are endless.
