Work Comments
Visited site for maintenance of ZT75/PNA117511 Compressor.
>Check air compressor was in off condition due to dp sensor error.
Locally arrange cable by customer and by soldering fix it. Highly recommended to replace dp. Sensor cable of atlas make, if
any short circuit or grounding happens due to this then Elecktronikon may permanently damage.
>Customer using non-genuine oil. Recommended to use genuine Roto-Z and Atlas Copco make spares & Must take quarterly
Maintenance with Genuine spare every year.
>Machine was found totally dusty. Cleaning done.
> Highly recommended to replace with AC genuine filter as soon as possible.
>Motor terminal box found open recommended to close it. Can cause -Electrical Hazard, Fire hazard, operational malfunctional,
reduce efficiency and operation against safety guidelines may lead safety thread.
>WSD AC and EWD of IC kit required for maintenance.
>AC EWD and IC EWD found bypass may cause permanent damage machine in future. Please connect all required Pu.
Connector and pu. pipe.
>Oil temperature sensor and no any cable found. Highly recommended to procure temp. sensor and cables for installation.
For safety reason highly recommended to use Atlas Copco branded oil and filters for safety and fire hazards. (Reason-customer
used non -genuine spare and oil)
>As compressor maintenance needs to be done. Checked material stock in customer store .All maintenance material found
non-genuine and local make.
> Genuine spare not found in customer stock so maintenance not possible.
>Spurious Air-filter used by customer.
>Rust and element coating damage in HP elemnt.

Special Note : 1.Discussed with customer there is no any engineering validity of this non-genuine spares.
2.Use of spurious spare causes deuteriation of machine life (major break-down), Increase in power consumption and effecting air
quality as well as safety hazards.
3.There is also a safety concern of compressor operator or service person as pressurized parts can break or damage the person

near compressor. Also found that non-genuine oil and oil filter can cause fire hazards and safety thread.
Highly recommended to not run the machine in this condition.

Please arrange 16000 hr maintenance kit, EWD service kit and temperature sensor with MK-4 to MK5 upgrade kit( as all
connector damage and old MK4 controller and part not in production) for maintenance strictly
recommended to use only atlas Copco genuine spare only.
Used Spare:
1.All non-genuine spares used by customer. Strictly not recommended by Atlas Copco for machine life, efficiency as well as
safety and fire hazards.
Next visit C-maintenance kit required.
Recommended spare:
Already shared in ZT75/PNA117512 report.

Airscan : Dedicated Energy consultants carry out complete Airscan


activity consisting of flow check, leak check, power check, air quality
check, maintenance assessment and provide a detailed report including
cost analysis, graphs and a list of recommendations for system
performance improvement.
Energy Saver / Optimizer / Central controller : Our range of ES
Central Controllers will enable you to link all compressors and dryers, to
lower your overall pressure band, to eliminate the need for higher working
pressure and to optimize the compressor mix at all times and in turn
save energy. 1 bar working pressure reduction results in 7% energy
saving and further 3% through leak reduction.

Energy Recovery : With ER, energy is recovered from wasted heat from
the compressor and reused in production cycle. Energy 50% to 94% of
motor KW can be recovered & used to heat industrial application water.

SMARTLink : SMARTLINK gathers, compares and analyses data


through GPRS connectivity. This allows you to carefully plan and prepare
for service interventions. When needed, it sends out warnings in time. An
additional, energy monitoring option can be obtained. As a result, service
efficiency increases, precious time is gained and money is saved.

AIRNet : AIRNet is an easy & fast to install, corrosion-free, leak proof


piping system which reduces cost of ownership for the compressed air
piping network. AIRnet pipes are standard pre- painted. AIRnet is
adaptable to any existing pipe work. Future extensions can simply be
plugged in.
