- Wash your dog
- Take your dog to a vet
- Throw a stone at a bird
- Make the bed for the dog
- Pull a cat’s tail

Greetings - Greet students and introduce the CT. Whole class

Warm up Run to the board:
5 mins - Divide the class into two teams. One
student per team comes in front of the
class.
- Place on the board the flashcards with the
animals (dog, pig, sheep, cow, chicken, cat)
- When the teacher says one of the animals,
students run and hit the flashcard of the
animal.
- Student needs to read aloud and make a
sentence (i.e.: chicken gives us eggs…).
- The fastest student with the correct
answer gets 1 point for the team.
- Continue the game with other student. The
team with more points will win.

- Set a meaningful context to introduce the Whole class

- Students practice their pronunciation skills.

- One student chooses one of the phrases in
page 37 and asks “how do you take care of

Tic-Tac-Toe:
Groups
- Play in groups.
- Have a representative from each group select
a square. There are nine squares on the
board. Each square contains a question.

- Students must answer the questions.


Consolidation - If their answers are correct, they get 1

- The winner is the first team who gets 3
noughts or 3 crosses in a line.
