    Ultra Clean Line

    The Ultra-Clean line meets the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, of healthcare, scientific research
    and advanced technology.
    Enclosure elements are designed to meet criteria for current international classes. Their high levels of finish
    match the needs of very demanding environments and sensitive applications.
    Removable panels allow for great flexibility of configuration of clean rooms.
    Every panel integrates two recesses for cable raceways. Assembly on adjustable belts enables the flooring to be
    flush with panels.

    An airtight envelope for the protection of people and products.

    Panels

    Partition walls and ceilings are made up of monoblock modular panels. A core is injected or bonded between two facings.
    Depending on use, it can be of insulating polyurethane foam, high density mineral wool or aluminium honeycomb. Different
    facing are available : powder coated galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, powder coated aluminium sheet, high pressure
    laminated,...

    Assembly can be progressive (assembly with key) or non-progressive, (panel by panel).


    All junctions are flush or rounded for total tightness and cleanability.

    Special purpose panels

    Technical mullions are designed to concentrate a set of cables at a single point.


    Service panel has a hollow core allowing for larger throughways for fluid or cable systems.
    Air extraction ducts enable the extraction of air through the interior wall.

    Hinged doors

    Tough and attractive, hinged doors are mounted on flush door frames for total integration with the interior wall. Door leaves are
    available flush on one side or both sides.
    Facing options are powder coated sheet metal (choice of shades), laminated (choice of shades) or stainless steel.
    With one or two leaves to match clear opening dimensions, doors can be fitted with vision panel, door closer, recessed automatic
    drop-down bottom seal, panic bar, push plate, pull handle,...
    Available as a «reinforced tightness» variant for stuffy premises.
    For very high levels of airtightness, doors are proposed with inflatable gasket.

    Tight sliding doors


    Sliding doors on flush frames are available as single or double leaf, can be powder coated sheet metal (choice of shades),
    laminated (choice of shades) or fully glazed. The slide mechanism is clad with a powder-coated, round shaped aluminium hood,
    easy to clean.
    Manual or automatic, it can be fitted with a vision panel and kick plate.

    Double flush glazings
    Glazing sections are made up of flush double pane glass. Accessories include multi-directional blinds and/or manual or powered
    blinds that can be raised to full height or partially.

    Light fittings

    Totally recessed into ceiling panels, light fittings are easily dismounted either from above and below.
    Two variants are available : a light fitting with low luminance diffuser or one with white translucent glass.

    Finishing

    Large finishing accessories : coving sections, skirting, wall protection systems,...


    These finishes ensure a good life span for products and compliance with hygiene standards.

    Door kits for airlocks, glazed half partition, wall access, housings for extinguishers and safety equipment, serving hatches,
