I hereby confirm that all required information relating to my child’s application have been submitted. My
child does not have any additional learning needs and requirements (such as but not limited to: English as an
additional language support, intimate care support, speech delays, aggressive behaviour towards others and
self, escape behaviour tendencies or refusal to stay in the classroom, reduced nursery school attendance,
receiving OT support, receiving ABA support, receiving speech support etc.) which the school needs to
consider to be able to support the student.

I understand that failure to submit any information may lead to the withdrawal of the offer or additional costs
to support my child in school.

Please note that this offer is subject to meeting the following conditions:

School Transport – If you wish to avail school transport for your child, you are advised to email
[email protected] or call +97155-902-2380 to ensure the availability of seat for your child
before accepting the offer letter. Please enroll your child first before blocking the seat for transportation.

Emirates ID card copy back and front (student, mother, and father)
Passport copies of student, mother, and father
Residency visa page (student, mother, and father)
1 recent passport size photograph of your child
1 recent passport size photograph of each parent (for parent ID)
Copy of your child's last school report (applicable for all students entering Year 1 and above – in
English).
Copy of your child’s immunization card and medical report
Transfer Certificate (students coming from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman must have
their original transfer certificates attested by the Ministry of Education from country of transfer
certificate origin).

If you do not accept this offer within 5 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer without further notice
to you. At that time, the application will be closed and the available place will be allocated to another child.

You will also be required to pay the non-refundable registration deposit of AED at the time of acceptance.
The registration deposit is adjustable against the total tuition fee for the academic year.

Admission Terms and Conditions:

1. 1. All information provided to GEMS Winchester School - Dubai School must be accurate, complete
and not misleading. The parents/guardians of the student must promptly update the school should any
of the submitted details change.
2. Supporting documentation. All supporting documents requested during the admissions process must be
provided to the School at least 28 days prior to commencement of the relevant academic term. The
School reserves the right to withdraw the offer of place, if all supporting documents are not provided
within this timeframe.
3. Once admitted to the school, if your child requires additional learning support or cannot access the
curriculum in the year group enrolled, school has the right to retract the offer of place.
4. 4. The parents and student must abide by all school policies, as may be amended from time to time. A
current copy of the school’s policies is available upon request.
5. Fee payment, registration and withdrawal.
School fees must be paid on or before the first day of the relevant School term to secure the
student’s place at the School. Furthermore, the Parents may be required to pay additional fees,
including but not limited to fees for the student’s learning support needs (if such individual needs
are identified by the School in prior consultation with the parents/guardians) and examination
fees (“Additional Fees”). Please contact the School for a current list of the additional fees that
may be applicable.
Failure to pay any School fees may result in exclusion of the Student from the School.
 School fees, including but not limited to tuition, Application,Registration Deposit,
Re-registration Deposit fees (if applicable) and Additional Fees may increase at any time in
accordance with applicable law.
The Parents must give written notice to the Registrar thirty (30) days prior to the last day of
attendance, if the student is withdrawing from the School. In the event of withdrawal, School
fees will be refunded in accordance with the School’s fee refund policy, available at:
https://www.khda.gov.ae/CMS/WebParts/TextEditor/Documents/Registration-and-Admission-English.pdf,
which follows applicable law.
The School may coordinate with a third party transport services provider in order to provide
transport services to students at the School. However, such services are not included in the
School fees, and the terms and conditions of such services are to be agreed directly between the
parents/guardians and the Transport Service Provider.
6. The school may receive instructions from either parents. Should the school receive conflicting
instructions from parents, the school then reserves the right to communicate with the person selected as
the Primary Contact(s) in the admissions application. All information about the student's educational
status will be shared accordingly. The school will only deviate from this policy if provided with a valid
court order, which, if issued by a foreign court, is attested by the UAE courts.
7. Medical liability. Neither the School nor any of its affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees,
consultants or agents will be liable for injury to the student resulting from improper treatment of its
medical conditions if the Parents fail to inform the School of such medical conditions in writing or
comply with the School’s medical policy or other instructions provided by the School or the Health
Office Staff.
8. Waiver and indemnity. The school or any teachers or officials or voluntary helpers of the school, shall
have no responsibility of whatsoever nature in respect of bodily injury to the above child:
Prior to actual delivery of the said child into the custody of the said teachers or officials inside
the school grounds, or after the child has been collected from the school grounds by a person
authorized by me to do so, on a normal school day.
Whilst on school grounds outside the official opening times.
At any other time, unless the said child is in the direct custody or control of one of the said
teachers whilst on a recognized outing or function arranged by the school.
Unless the injury is caused by or resulting from:
The negligence of any employee, teacher or other person or persons authorized to act for or on
behalf of the said school.
Any defect on the premises of the said school.
In addition, I agree:
To indemnify and keep indemnified the said school in respect of any amounts which the said
school may pay, in respect of medical or other expenses arising from accidental bodily injury to
the said child.
To indemnify and keep indemnified the said school in respect of any loss or damage to property
belonging to or in the custody or control of the said school caused by the said child.
9. I understand and accept that the Student’s admission and continued enrollment at the School is
conditional upon the Parents agreeing to and complying with these Terms and Conditions.
