CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Through your work as a member of an Accenture Global Operations Team, you will have access to “confidential
information” (which is defined as any Meta information, documentation or materials to which you may have access,
whether written or verbal and whether or not identified as “confidential”).

The purpose of this Client Confidentiality Agreement (“CCA”) is to protect Meta proprietary information and user data
and to provide you with guidance on what information you may share, when and with whom.

Accenture’s relationship with Meta is confidential and you cannot: (1) reference your work with Meta externally, or (2)
divulge any confidential information externally. “Externally” means to anyone not working with you in your role as a
member of the Accenture Global Operations Team, except as discussed in the accompanying “CCA Supporting
Materials” document in the Healthcare Professional and Immediate Support Structure sections.

We ask that you review the accompanying “CCA Supporting Materials” to familiarize yourself with what you can and
cannot say in connection with your work as a member of the Accenture Global Operations Team. The “CCA
Supporting Materials” is a living document and, as additional examples arise, we may make changes to it and will re-
circulate it. Those examples (and any changes/additions) are incorporated into this CCA by reference.

Nothing in this CCA is meant to prohibit you from discussing the terms and conditions of employment or from
disclosing confidential information to a health care professional for the purpose of seeking treatment or in
connection with treatment.

In addition, nothing in this CCA is meant to change your confidentiality obligations as set forth in the “Intellectual
Property Agreement” that you signed upon hire (for employees) or the “Protection of Confidential Information”
document that you signed upon on-boarding (for contractors).

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

By acknowledging this CCA, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand it and the “CCA Supporting
Materials” and consent to your confidentiality obligations under this CCA throughout and following your work as a
member of the Accenture Global Operations Team with Accenture and Meta.
