Dear Raeona,
We are delighted to extend an offer of employment to you from T-Mobile USA, Inc. (herein T-Mobile or the Company). We are pleased that
someone of your caliber and talent will be part of the T-Mobile team. We look forward to seeing you grow in your new position as you are
certain to play an important role in T-Mobile's continued success. This letter will provide you with the relevant terms of your employment,
which may be modified as necessary.
Your new position is Account Associate- Sam for REQ258797 Account Associate- Sam (Open), reporting to Samantha R Green Sr Trainer,
Care. You are scheduled to start work at FL-Tampa NetPark Call Center on 02/12/2024.
This position is non-exempt with an hourly wage of $20.00. Non-exempt positions are paid on an hourly basis, with 26 pay periods per year
occurring every other Friday. This position may be eligible for overtime.
Stock compensation is an important component of our total rewards package. You may be eligible to receive a stock award with an
economic value of $1,000 (Stock Value) under the Company’s Omnibus Incentive Plan in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). *Note:
Should you receive an award, the economic value will be based on your role as of January 31 (prior to the grant date) and is subject to
change. Your eligibility for the RSUs is subject to Company approval and the applicable terms and conditions of the grant. The grant date for
your RSUs is expected to be February 25 (if you are employed by January 31). The RSUs will vest in equal installments over a period of 2-
Years (Stock Vesting Schedule) beginning on the first anniversary of the date of grant assuming you remain employed upon the vesting
dates. All equity awards, including RSUs, are subject to the terms and conditions of the grant agreement.
You will also be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) which allows you to purchase T-Mobile stock at a
discount through payroll deductions. Enrollment is offered semiannually. Details are available on T-Nation, T-Mobile’s intranet site.
Regular Full-Time and Part-Time employees are eligible to participate in T-Mobile’s employee benefit programs, which include medical,
dental, vision, and life insurance programs, as well as a 401(k) plan. Eligibility for health insurance benefits begins on the first day of the
month following 30 days of employment; you must enroll within 31 days of your first day of work. If you choose not to enroll, the next
opportunity for enrollment will be during T-Mobile's annual enrollment period or if you have a qualifying event. T-Mobile’s 401(k) plan is
administered by Fidelity Investments. You are eligible to participate as of your hire date, and you will become eligible for employer match
after completing 1 year of service. If you have previously worked for T-Mobile the waiting period for employer match may be shorter than 1
year. Details will be provided in your 401(k) enrollment kit. You will receive an enrollment kit from Fidelity at your home address within the
first few weeks of employment with more information about the plan and how to enroll.
You must provide documentation proving your identity and eligibility to work in the United States within the first three days of your
employment.
You acknowledge and agree that you have received the T-Mobile US, Inc. Restrictive Covenant, Intellectual Property Ownership and
Assignment, and Confidentiality Agreement at the same time as you received this offer of employment, and you understand and agree that if
you decide to accept and execute this offer, you must sign that Agreement as well.
This offer and your employment are contingent upon a satisfactory background check report, which may include verification of past
employment, education, social security number, and criminal convictions. It may also include professional reference checks, verification of
professional licenses, and/or a check of your driving record, depending on your job. When you provide written authorization, T-Mobile will
make background inquiries with the appropriate entities, in accordance with state and federal laws. If T-Mobile finds that any part of your
background check is unsatisfactory or does not meet the Company's current requirements, or if an omission or misrepresentation of
information in your employment application is discovered, then this offer will be void and you will not be eligible for hire. In addition, T-
Mobile may conduct additional background checks at any time during your employment. If any unsatisfactory results are received, you may
be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
This letter is intended to communicate certain terms and conditions of your employment with T-Mobile but it is not intended to be, nor
should it be, considered an employment contract. Your employment is "at will"; it is not for a specific duration and may be terminated by you
or T-Mobile at any time, for any reason or for no reason whatsoever, with or without notice, and with or without cause unless otherwise
specified by law.
You agree to initially work any shift. This may include day, evening or night shifts, as well as weekend and/or holiday scheduling, and may
change depending on business needs. In the event that shifts need to be realigned to better meet the needs of the business, you may be
required to participate in a shift bid which could result in a change to your work schedule. Please also note that, if you are required to work a
shift that is outside of core business hours, then you may be eligible for a shift differential.
