    “A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING HONORABLE MANUEL “CHACO”


    SAGARBARRIA PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL TO
    PROVIDE ONE (1) UNIT FARM TRACTOR FOR BARANGAY SAN FRANCISCO, SANTA
    CATALINA, NEGROS ORIENTAL TO BE USED BY THE SITIO SUG-ONG ASSOCIATIONS
    (___)”

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay San Francisco, Santa Catalina, Negros Oriental on
    special session assembled do hereby agreed to pass a resolution requesting Honorable Manuel “Chaco”
    Sagarbarria, Provincial Governor, Province of Negros Oriental to provide a one (1) Farm Tractor for
    Barangay San Francisco to be used by the Sitio Sug-ong Associations (______).

    WHEREAS, Sitio Sug-ong Farmers Association (__) are facing delay in land preparation every planting
    season due to lack of farm equipment;

    WHEREAS, farmers earnings are dropping due to no available Farm tractor in this area.

    WHEREAS, that said farm equipment will promote the farming, practices and additional earnings for the
    local farmers specially the organized (______).

    WHEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Danilo F. Olpos duly seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay;

    RESOLVED, to earnestly request Honorable Manuel “Chaco” Sagarbarria Provincial Governor,


    Province of Negros Oriental to provide one (1) unit Farm Tractor for Barangay San Francisco, Santa
    Catalina, Negros Oriental to be used by the Sitio Sug-ong Associations (__________).
