A study by The Center of Healing (TCOH), a Delhi-based
preventive healthcare platform, found that 74% of
Indians suffer from stress. The study also found that 88%
of Indians suffer from anxiety.

A total of 1,64,033 people died by suicide in 2021 across


the country, showing an increase of 7.2% in comparison
to 2020, according to the latest report by the National
Crime Records Bureau (NCRB). A majority of the victims
were daily wage earners, housewives, and the self-
employed.
These news articles are based on surveys made in
India. 74% of Indians are going through stress and
88% go through anxiety.

focusing on finances would lead him to a successful
and happy life. He dedicated his entire life to
accumulating wealth. However, by the age of 40,
reality hit him hard. He found himself drowning in
more loans than his income could cover.
Each month became a struggle as he battled to pay
bills and EMIs. Mani Raja’s hard work took a toll on

These practical, powerful methods have proven


successful for me and others who have followed
them relentlessly.
The primary challenge today is being in the comfort
cloud. As technology emerged into the cloud,
comforts unimaginable to previous generations are
now a reality before us. This heightened level of
comfort has transformed our comfort zone from a
limited space to a dark cloud over us. In an era
where everything is just a click away, ideally, we
should be performing tenfold than our previous
generations.

However, in the current scenario, let's not even talk


about surpassing previous generations by tenfold.
Just managing a couple of responsibilities, such as
work and family, we know what mess we go through.
If you are a working professional having tight
deadlines, you know how much stress it creates and
how it deteriorates your health and lifestyle. The
challenge becomes even worse if you are a working
woman and then have a similar lifestyle of taking
care of work, household chores, family, and children.

We will not see any opportunity that would help us


to connect with the passion we have for art, music,
dance, or anything for that matter. Our whole life
would revolve around family and work leading to a
stressful life.

Have you ever wondered why our work is always
stressful, why would we always wait for a weekend
or a vacation where we wouldn’t have any work?
Is this not strange?
Most of us had to work till the age of 60 to take
care of our family. In our life the phase of work is
very long that’s nearly 40 years, is this how you want

The challenge arises when we believe that our stress


is solely caused by our work, boss, or client.
However, the crucial realization is that none of these
external factors can inherently create stress; it is
how we manage our own faculties that matters. In
truth, it's entirely possible to work extensively,
perhaps even tenfold, and still lead a stress-free life.
This potential lies within each of us as human beings.

Most often, stress doesn't originate from external


situations; rather, it emerges when we resist taking
action or embracing change as we operate from
our comfort cloud creating stress. Once we are out
of the comfort cloud, a plethora of new
opportunities begins to unfold.

the ability to dispel negativity and create a life of

everything we encounter. Unfortunately, somewhere
along the way, we seem to have lost a profound
understanding of this beautiful process.

Once we imbibe the essence of gratitude, we'll


witness life situations transforming to uplift us in
various ways, and miracles will unfold before our
eyes. The first miracle you would experience is
having a stress-free life.

It’s not about praying or asking something from


God/Universe/Mighty Power you believe in, it’s
about understanding the importance and paying
gratitude to air, water, food, family, friends, and
everyone and everything that supports us, this has
hidden power to transform your life. Being in
gratitude for everything and everyone around us will
add magic to our life

KIND OF STRESS”
It is not enacting in a particular way, it is not an
attitude you show up. It is about being grateful. If we
can bring the essence of gratitude into our lives,
things will transform our lives in many ways. This is
not a theory, it’s a beautiful experience each one of
us can have every moment. It holds the potential to
address a significant portion of our stress-related
problems.

Countless individuals who grasp the significance of


gratitude have immersed themselves in the
refreshing pond of its benefits. The real question is,
have you had the experience yet?

It’s not about casually saying thank you, it’s about


living thankfully every moment not only the positive
occurrences but also being thankful for the
challenges or negativity we face. While it may seem
challenging initially, expressing gratitude for the
simple things can bring abundance into your life.

If you are out of your comfort cloud and embrace
gratitude, a humongous number of opportunities to
grow holistically will come your way. Improvements
in your health, wealth, relationships, and overall
well-being will manifest. All you dreamt of will come
to you.

If we are not ready or efficient enough to enjoy the


sweetness of life, when we see our dreams coming
true, we might fall back into stress. Therefore, to fully
explore the potential of our lives, we need to build
efficiency. This will empower you to become a
renewed version of yourself, who is capable of
attaining a stress-free life.

HOW DO WE BUILD EFFICIENCY?

The most powerful and single mantra you can make


use of is ‘BEING YES’ to every possibility.

Saying ‘Yes’ to every opportunity builds your


productivity multifold. I know when the world is
trying to encourage you to say ‘No’ you might feel
worried about saying ‘Yes’ to everything

“SUCCESS BEGINS WITH A ‘YES’ THERE IS


NO OTHER WAY”
Let’s do a quick activity. Get a pen and paper,
create a table, and jot down the number of times
you said 'Yes' versus 'No' in the past week. How
many new challenges did you take up this week and
how many did you decline?

Rarely have we found ourselves saying 'Yes,' haven't


we?
Most of the time, it's a 'No'
Asked to work on the weekend - 'No'
Suggested to learn a new skill - 'No'
Encouraged to build a new habit - 'No'
Invited to dance, sing, and have fun - No, No, No.

Reflect on your life, and you'll likely find instances


where you said 'Yes' and moments where you said
'No' to various opportunities. Clearly, the moments
when you chose to 'BEING YES' were the ones where
you achieved something significant. These are the
moments that enhanced your efficiency, provided
new experiences, and contributed to your success
and happiness.

CHALLENGE:
THE NEXT 3 DAYS, TRY SAYING ‘YES’ TO EVERYTHING,
UNLESS IT HAS RISK TO LIFE
As human beings, the majority of our time goes into
doing some or other work. I would say two-thirds of
our time would go into doing some work. If that’s the
case, our primary focus should be on achieving a
work-life balance and coming out of work stress.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE WLB

Successfully managing this aspect alone can resolve


50% of stress-related issues, paving the way for
exploring more than just work-life balance. The
mantra of "BEING YES" can work wonders when
applied to every task. Initially, it might feel
challenging as saying 'Yes' to everything might be a
new experience for you.

With a few months of practice in saying ‘Yes’, you'll


find that you can effortlessly undertake any type of
work and accomplish it efficiently in minimal time.
This, in turn, provides you with substantial time to
dedicate to activities you are passionate about,
prioritize your health, and enjoy quality moments
with family and friends.

“WORK-LIFE BALANCE IS A MYTH THAT CAN


BE SOLVED”
To have a perfect work-life balance, all that you
need to do is DECIDE you need a work-life balance.
Until you consciously decide to have a work-life
balance, the stress of managing it effectively will
persist.

Having an effective productivity planner is a key


method to attain or enhance your efficiency. I
consistently provide my personally designed planner
to all my mentees. Using this planner, you can quickly
identify areas for productivity improvement.

Using this planner will help you to plan your 24 hours


of the day more efficiently. Using a productivity
planner you can break your weekly goals into day-
wise activities and then break your day into time
chunks, where you plan your tasks.

Breaking your day in this way provides ample


opportunities to accomplish numerous tasks within
the constraints of time. In addition to the
productivity planner, integrating time management
strategies such as the 4Ds (Do, Decide, Delegate,
and Delete) can further enhance your efficiency.

PREPARE YOUR PRIORITY MATRIX FOR THIS WEEK ON
WHAT YOU WANT TO DO, DECIDE, DELEGATE, AND DELETE
In the pursuit of a stress-free life, a significant hurdle
in imbibing the "BEING YES" approach is often our
ignorance of the vast possibilities it can unlock. If we
tune our mindset, the complex aspects of our lives
will become easy and for that building an Elevated
Mindset is crucial.

Mastering the ABCDs of an elevated mindset is all it


takes. Once we grasp these fundamentals, we gain
the ability to navigate every aspect of our life, from
A to Z, without stress. An elevated mindset not only
empowers us to efficiently manage challenges but
also allows us to savor the profound fulfillment that
accompanies it.

A - Accountability, is to see that we are accountable
for everything that happens to us. Regardless of the
situation, taking ownership gives us the ability to fix
it. For example, if you think external factors are
causing stress, waiting for them to change won't
work. However, if you recognize your accountability,
you can take steps to work towards reducing stress
or ask for help from those who can assist.

B - BS attitude, having a mindset where you make


your being into 'BEING YES' and that shapes a
strong character, making you shine like a star in any
group. as the majority of the people say ‘No’.

C - Courage, is like a muscle, the more you use it, the


stronger it becomes. Saying 'Yes' to everything
requires courage, and 'BEING YES' nurtures this
courage. As your courage grows, you find yourself
more inclined to take action

D - Determination is the driving force that propels


you to consistently take action towards achieving
holistic growth and maintaining a stress-free life,
sustaining this journey indefinitely.

CHALLENGE:
IMBIBE ELEVATED MINDSET FROM TODAY AND TAKE
ACCOUNTABILITY TO COME OUT STRESS
My greatest concern is if we are stressed out so
much in every situation. Consider the kind of next-
generation we might shape. By the age of 10-12,
children could perceive stress as a common
occurrence because that's what they witness in you
and everyone around them. Do we truly desire to
witness, experience, and contribute to creating such
a disastrous next generation in a world filled with
stressed-out individuals?

If not, the initial step is for you to imbibe 'BEING


YES' to achieve a stress-free, happy, healthy, and
fulfilled life, that can create a harmonious world
around you

By now, you likely grasp that if you are ‘BEING YES’


to every opportunity it will improve your efficiency in
all aspects of life, creating a strong foundation for a
successful holistic life. When I mention a successful
holistic life, it's not solely about earning money; it's
about achieving a perfect balance between

Physical Fitness, Mental Clarity, Emotional Stability,


Healthy Relationships, Financial Freedom, and Spiritual
Well-Being
Achieving holistic growth and living a stress-free life
isn't a daunting task. To balance the 6 elements,
have these fundamentals:

1. Step out of the Comfort Cloud.


2. Cultivate an immense Gratitude for everything.
3. Build Productivity by saying ‘Yes’ to everything.
4. Achieve More than Work-Life Balance.
5. Imbibe Elevated Mindset.

framework, which is known as the ‘BS - Triangle’ or
‘BEING YES’ framework.
