    DISCUSSION ON HOW INSIGHTS GAINED FROM LESSON/ TOPIC WILL

    INFLUENCE FUTURE ACTION

    This reflection report is to determine anthropology based on our gathered research


    to signify the history, social and culture, archaeology, biological anthropology and
    linguistic. Anthropology is the study of human origin, biological, characteristic and cultural
    development and social relationship and more. Anthropology is a collective of different
    studies. Physical anthropology is the study of the human body in relation to its
    environment. Furthermore, archaeology anthropology is the study of the human past and
    human culture though material remains, and linguistic anthropology is the study of the
    nature of human languages in the context of those cultures that develop them.
    Anthropology is significant to us because we are continuing the result of the different
    studies.
    Moreover, we perceive that if there is no study of the following in the stated paragraph,
    we are nothing to interact with other people. We also realize in this reflection report how
    to adapt and be flexible. This reflection report is a big part on us on how we changed our
    ideas to cope up, likewise we use a tool to convey in our daily lives.
    I, we determine to continue to grow in our learning aspects of this report. With this
    platform we have a chance to give our insights and how we use it to influence future
    action. We should be aware of what is happening to our society because society
    magnifies for us what the economic status of the country itself. That’s why I, we
    determined to finish my studies so that I can give more insights and ideas to be more
    capable of handling some issues. Thats why learning is a process on how we develop
    our self in critical and reflective attitude to improve our selves to attain for our future. The
    goal is to use the insights gained from the issues on how we navigate our future, on how
    challenges that we can use more effectively and contribute positively to our personal and
    professional growth.

    TOPIC ON THE COURSE UNDERSTANDING THE SELF

    This reflection report shows we acquire new ideas, knowledge, and self-awareness
    that we use every day of our lives on how we navigate some issues and obstacles that
    we encountered. With this platform we can discover more ideas and we can our thoughts
    for further studies in the future. Moreover, we are determining to continue some different
    learning that we can use in near future. In conclusion, the success of a lesson on
    understanding the self can be measured by its ability to foster knowledge acquisition,
    promote self-awareness, encourage practical application, develop critical thinking skills,
    enhance emotional intelligence, improve interpersonal relationships, and leave a lasting
    impact on students' personal growth. It's a dynamic process that goes beyond the
    immediate classroom setting, influencing how individuals perceive and navigate their own
    lives.
