Dividend update

Persistent Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of ₹12 per
share* and a Special Dividend of ₹10 per share on achieving $1 billion in
annual revenue, on the face value of ₹10 each for the Financial Year
2022-23. In January 2023, the Board declared an interim dividend of ₹28
per share making the total dividend ₹50 per share.
Total dividend* Dividend recommended by the Board is subject to approval at the
ensuing Annual General Meeting.
