辊磨床,它大量采用当前先进的控制技术(840Dsl)和机械传动技术(所有伺服轴采用滚
珠丝杆传动),机械传动及电气控制系统的性能达到世界先进水平。
This grinder (Model MK8480-Ⅳ10×5000) is a high-efficiency, high-precision, safe and
reliable CNC roll grinder, which extensively adopts the current advanced control technology
(840Dsl) and mechanical transmission technology (all servo axes adopt ball screw
transmission), and its performance in mechanical transmission and electrical control system
has reached the world advanced level.
先进数控技术和软件的全面采用使得磨床的机械结构相对简化,减少了机械传动
环节,在可靠性和灵活性全面提高的同时维护量显著减少。
The comprehensive adoption of advanced numerical control technology and software
relatively simplifies the mechanical structure of the grinder, reducing the mechanical

and measuring process of roll grinder. Main functions: Human-machine dialogue,
programming, parameter input, data processing, fault diagnosis, automatic measurement,
pre-grinding process parameter display, call pre-grinding program display, fault alarm
display, etc.
磨床除配备SIEMENS 全数字化控制的交流伺服电机外,砂轮和头架都采用原装进
口的SIEMENS 高性能交流主轴电机,使整台磨床没有一台直流电机。由于交流伺服电
机和交流主轴电机具有精度高、免维护和环境适应能力强等优点,因此磨床能在较恶
劣的现场环境条件下长期可靠地工作。
The grinder is equipped with Siemens fully digitally controlled AC servo motor, and the
grinding wheel and head frame are equipped with original imported Siemens
high-performance AC spindle motor, so that the whole grinder does not have a DC motor.
Because AC servo motors and AC spindle motors have the advantages of high precision,
maintenance-free and environmental adaptability, the grinder can operate reliably for long
periods of time under harsher field environmental conditions.
轧辊测量系统采用新型直线光栅,确保了磨床的轧辊测量精度和数控系统位置控
制精度。

不会对磨削精度造成影响。床身调整垫铁间距短,支承刚性强,床身精度不易变
化。按最大 15T 的工件重量设计工件床身。砂轮床身配备伸缩式不锈钢防护罩,
使得床身导轨不受外界粉尘和水溅的影响。拖板导轨为表面贴塑,一 V 一平导轨,
为不等油腔的静压导轨,油膜润滑。
In order to maintain the machine accuracy for a long time and overcome the
influence of large workpiece lifting and support on the accuracy of the grinding wheel
bed, it adopts a structure that separates the grinding wheel bed from the workpiece

2.1.1.3 Tail Frame
尾架移动采用电动驱动方式。尾架移动行程大于 2000mm,尾架配备大行程
(700mm)液压套筒, 采用液压缸伸缩,装卸轧辊时只需伸缩套筒,避免了尾架的
频繁移动,从而大大减少了工件床身磨损。标准配置套筒头部采用平面圆盘结构,
来顶紧轧辊辊头。砂轮修整、砂轮直径检测装置、测量系统基准盘均安装在尾架
上面。尾座在工件床身上通过碟形弹簧夹紧,由液压油缸放松。尾架液压套筒行
程:700mm
The tail frame movement adopts electric drive mode. The moving stroke of the
tail frame is greater than 2000mm, and the tail frame is equipped with a large-stroke
(700mm) hydraulic sleeve, which adopts hydraulic cylinders to extend and contract.
When loading and unloading rolls, only sleeve needs to be extended and contracted,
which avoids the frequent movement of the tail frame, thereby greatly reducing the
wear of the workpiece bed. The standard sleeve head adopts a flat disc structure to
hold the roll head tightly. The grinding wheel dressing device, the grinding wheel
diameter testing device, and the reference plate of the measuring system are all
installed on the tail frame. The tailstock is clamped on the workpiece bed by a disc

主轴采用多腔动压轴承,间隙可调整。主轴的高速旋转形成多个收敛油隙,
其具有极强刚性。且间隙可以调整,所以可以根据客户的磨削要求,调整间隙来
满足需求。相对于静压轴承,其节流比是固定的,因此其主轴刚性是固定的,这
样就不能满足客户的不同需求。而华辰的创新设计的可调动压轴承,不同的间隙
与主轴转速组合形成不同的刚性,其适应面更广。主轴系统同时配备了供回油系
统,油箱与主轴系统分离设计,避免了油泵振动对磨削的影响。
The spindle adopts multi-cavity hydrodynamic bearing, and the gap can be
adjusted. The high-speed rotation of the spindle creates multiple converging oil gaps,
which are extremely rigid. And the clearance can be adjusted to meet the needs
according to the customer's grinding requirements. In contrast, the throttle ratio of

cannot meet the different needs of customers. Hiecise's innovatively designed
adjustable hydrodynamic bearing has different gaps and forms different rigidities by
combing with the spindle speeds, and it can adapt to more application scenarios. The
spindle system is also equipped with an oil supply and return system, and the oil tank
is designed separate from the spindle system to avoid the impact of oil pump vibration
on grinding.

本装置采用静压偏心套结构(内装主轴动压轴承)。工作时,由全数字交流伺
服电机带动行星减速器再驱动滚珠丝杆转动,通过直线滚动导轨副定位,使滚珠
螺母上下移动进而带动高精度静压偏心套作小角度摆动,使装于静压偏心套内的
砂轮主轴相对于辊面作微量无间隙切入(或退出)运动。该运动与拖板(Z 轴)运动
相复合,从而在轧辊表面磨削出所需曲线。

hydrodynamic bearing inside). When working, the full-digital AC servo motor drives
the planetary reducer and then drives the ball screw to rotate, and positions through
the linear rolling guide pair, to make the ball nut move up and down and then drive

the grinding wheel spindle installed in the static eccentric bushing makes a micro
clearance-free cutting in (or out) movement relative to the roller surface. This
movement is compounded with the movement of the carriage (Z-axis) to grind the
required curve on the surface of the roll.

流伺服电机和精密滚珠丝杆组成。数控系统通过交流伺服电机和直线光栅实现磨
架的全闭环位置控制。

拖板采用 V-平形式的贴塑静压导轨,拖板进给系统包括带减速装置的西门
子交流伺服电机和精密滚珠丝杆(Φ80mm×7100mm)。由数控系统通过交流伺服电
机和编码器实现拖板的闭环位置控制。拖板采用滚珠丝杆传动,大大提高了拖板
的传动精度及运动平稳性,与传统的齿轮齿条传动相比,它有机械传动链短、运
动平稳、传动精度高间隙小等优点。
The carriage adopts the one V-shaped and one flat form of plastic-applied
hydrostatic guide rail. The feed system of the carriage includes a Siemens AC servo
motor with a deceleration device and a precision ball screw (Φ80mm×7100mm). The
closed-loop position control of the carriage is realized by the CNC system through the
AC servo motor and the encoder. The carriage adopts ball screw transmission, which
greatly improves the transmission accuracy and movement stability of the carriage.
Compared with the traditional rack and pinion transmission, it has the advantages of
short mechanical transmission chain, stable movement, high transmission accuracy
and small clearance.

diameter and roll shape accuracy of the rolls. It can also check the installation
accuracy of the rolls on the center frame. The measurement results are displayed on
the color screen and can be printed out in the form of graphics and data tables.

The power-off protection mechanism of the machine tool mainly includes the

the position of the eccentric bushing. When the mechanism is reset, the reset accuracy
is 1μm.

2.1.1.11 Center Frame
中心架托瓦为二瓦斜角支承,这样可以方便轧辊的吊装,并可避免在测量过
程中(或进入测量时)上瓦壳体与 A 测头发生干涉,确保测量的安全和迅速完成;
中心托架由左(尾架端)和右(头架端)两中心架组成。满足支撑直径在全部工作辊
及支承辊范围内轧辊的支承。另外,中心架可沿床身导轨纵向手动调整。中心架
配备托瓦稀油润滑系统,润滑油由瓦内流出,实现上下托瓦润滑,废油(稀油)
通过油槽回收到油水分离箱内进行分离。稀油润滑油箱容量为 100L。

to realize the lubrication of the upper and lower supporting tiles. Waste oil (thin oil) is
recovered through the oil tank and put into the oil-water separation tank for separation.
The capacity of the thin oil lubricating tank is 100L.

磨削液处理系统具备以下两个基本功能:

和对磨削点进行冷却及润滑。最终磨削液会经过地沟流回水箱。
The grinding fluid is pumped out from the water tank and divided into two paths,

above filtering procedures, the grinding fluid can meet the requirements of the grinder
and can be recycled.

为减小或隔离外界振动源对设备加工精度的影响,特采用弹性基础。卖方同
时提供弹性基础的全部装置以及负责工程设计及安装调试。

Hiecise data acquisition system is designed to read the database files, which can
be provided by the Seller to the Buyer. The system can also convert the particular file
into EXCEL or TXT format. The seller is allowed to install the software on any

The files are named after the date and time when they were stored and are stored on

3.6.1 买方根据卖方提供的磨床平面布置图及磨床本身的质量分布完成工厂设计
和施工;

Seller;
3.6.2 买方免费提供起吊设备的使用(配备专业起吊人员);

3.6.3 买方免费提供磨床试车的润滑油、磨削液、清洗油、电缆桥架、地沟盖板、

3.7 卖方的设计范围及说明
3.7 Seller's Design Scope and Description
卖方负责设备的安装、调试及试生产,要求在合同规定的时间内达到设计能力,
并及时提供合同规定的备品备件。
The Seller is responsible for the installation, commissioning and trial production of
the equipment, making the equipment reach the design capacity within the time
specified in the contract, and provide the spare parts specified in the contract in a
timely manner.
3.7.1 卖方负责磨床本身的基本设计、详细设计、制造、软件编程及现场安装、
调试。
3.7.1 The Seller is responsible for the concept design, detailed design, manufacturing,
software programming and on-site installation and commissioning of the grinder
itself.
3.7.2 卖方根据磨床的需要,设计磨床的平面布置图和基础图(工艺图),图中明
确表明水、电、气的接点位置及介质用量和质量要求。
3.7.2 The Seller shall design a plan layout and foundation drawing (process drawing)
of the grinder according to the needs of the grinder, which clearly indicates the
location of the water, electricity, and gas connections, the media usage and quality
requirements. 提供电气控制柜的发热量。

3.7.3 卖方根据买方提供的磨床安装现场的地质资料和磨床本身的质量分布。

附件 7、卖方保证值、试验方法及考核方法
Appendix 7: Seller's Guarantee Value, Test Methods and Assessment Methods
7.1 出厂验收(A 检)
7.1 Leave-factory Inspection and Acceptance (A-Inspection)
设备在卖方制造厂装配完毕后,买方应派遣人员(机械 2 人,电气 2 人,操
作工 1 人)到卖方现场进行 A 检。
After the equipment is assembled in the Seller's manufacturing factory, the
Buyer shall send personnel (2 mechanical staffs, 2 electrical staffs and 1 operator) to
the Seller's site for A-inspection.
A 检按磨床<<精度检验单>>中的项目对磨床几何精度、运动精度进行验收。
只有 A 检合格,双方才应对 A 检结果进行签字确认。
A-inspection is performed to accept the geometric accuracy and motion accuracy
of the grinder according to the items in the Accuracy Inspection Sheet. Only if the
A-inspection is passed, both parties should sign to confirm the results of A-inspection.
7.2 工厂验收

7.2.1 磨床的安装
7.2.1 Installation of grinder
磨床的指导安装、调试、试车,验收在买方现场进行。卖方派遣技术人员负
责指导完成安装(机械 2 人、电气 1 人,全程负责),安装所需的特殊工具、及仪
器设备由卖方准备。
The guided installation, commissioning, trial run and acceptance of the grinder
shall be conducted at the Buyer's site. The Seller shall provide technical personnel to
guide the installation (2 mechanical staffs and 1 electrical staff, responsible for the
whole process), and the special tools, and instruments and equipment required for the
installation will be prepared by the Seller.
完成工厂验收之前,安装工作应由卖方负总责。
Installation shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller until factory acceptance
is completed.

7.2.2.1 磨床安装中各项几何精度按<<精度检验单>>的要求进行验收,每项几何
精度指标须经买方有关人员签字确认后方能进行下一步安装。

inspected and accepted in accordance with the requirements of Accuracy
Inspection Sheet, and each geometric accuracy index shall be signed to
confirm by the relevant personnel of the Buyer before the next step of
installation.

The grinder spindle idles for 8 hours and the heads frame hub rotates at 5 rpm (2
hours), 35 rpm (2 hours), and 50 rpm (2 hours) for 6 hours. The spindle rotates at 320
rpm (2 hours), 800 rpm (2 hours) and 1600 rpm (2 hours) for 6 hours. At the same
time, the carriage (Z-axis), grinding frame (X-axis), CNC mid-height (U-axis),
measuring frame (X1-axis) and other drive components shall be tested for function
and action in accordance with the pre-programmed no-load test program for 8 hours.

Load Test
使用新的圆柱形光辊来测试设备的性能和精度,主要考核精度,没有时间要求。
(轧辊为轴承位支承,不带轴承座)选一支单机架可逆轧机工作辊或一支单机架
平整工作辊。
It adopts the new cylindrical smooth roll to test the performance and accuracy of the
equipment, mainly for the accuracy, with no time requirement. (The rolls are bearing
position support, without bearing seat) It shall choose a work roll of single stand
reversible mill or a single stand leveling work roll.

1. The roundness of the roll body depends on the roundness of the roll neck and the
center hole. The roundness deviation of the roll neck and the center hole will be
removed from the final measurement result of roll body roundness.

or grinding wheel feed marks on the roller surface after grinding, and no roll surface
scratches caused by grinding wheel threshing. The surface of the product shall not
have the defects caused by the surface quality problems of the rolls mentioned in this
article after the rolls are used on the machine.
4、此效率表将作为磨床最终验收考核。
This efficiency table will be used as the final acceptance assessment for the grinder.

7.3 质量保证
7.3 Quality Assurance
磨床质量保证期为一年,在此期间内由于设备自身原因出现的质量问题,卖
方应免费修复或更换相关配件(卖方维修人员在收到买方通知后 24 小时内到达买
方现场),因此导致的磨床停机时间将使质量保证期顺延。质保期过后,卖方也
将必须协助买方解决磨床可能出现的问题,确保磨床正常使用。
The quality assurance period of the grinder is one year. During this period, the
Seller shall repair or replace the relevant parts free of charge for quality problems
arising from the equipment itself (the Seller's maintenance personnel shall arrive at
the Buyer's site within 24 hours after receiving the notice from the Buyer), and the
resulting downtime of the grinder will cause the quality guarantee period to be
extended. After the quality assurance period has expired, the Seller shall also assist
the Buyer in solving any problems that may arise with the grinder to ensure the proper
use of the grinder.

Appendix 8: Quality Control and Inspection Standards for Grinder
8.1 乙方保证向甲方提供的MK8480-IV10×5000数控轧辊磨床达到第3部分中技术
数据的要求。磨床的设计、制造、安装及验收将按照相关国标标准执行(JB5568-91
砂轮架移动轧辊磨床精度及金属切削机床通用技术条件GB9061-88),《装配通用技
术条件》JB/T5000.10—1998,《机械设备安装工程施工及验收规范》TJ231-75磨床
基础精度满足附件《精度检验单》的要求。
8.1 Party B guarantees that the MK8480-IV10×5000 CNC roll grinder supplied to Party
A meets the technical requirements in Section 3. The design, manufacturing, installation
and acceptance of the grinder will be carried out in accordance with the relevant national
standards, including Precision of Roll Grinder with Mobile Grinding Wheel Frame
(JB5568-91), General Specifications for Metal-cutting Machine Tools (GB9061-88),
General Specifications for Heavy Mechanical-Assembly (JB/T5000.10-1998), and
Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation
Works (TJ231-75). The accuracy of the grinder foundation shall meet the requirements of
the attached Accuracy Inspection Sheet.
8.2 乙方保证向甲方提供的MK8480-IV10×5000数控轧辊磨床,设备的零部件、备
品备件应按设计公差值进行加工,以保证同一产品的零部件具有互换性。所有用于
制造设备的材料不得有任何损伤和缺陷;铸造组织应均匀,不含杂质。外观应光滑,
无裂纹、积瘤、砂眼等缺陷;焊接结构设计应合理。焊接构件用的焊条、焊丝与焊
剂,应与被焊件的材料相适应。焊缝表面不得有裂纹、气孔、飞溅、弧坑、夹渣和
未融合等缺陷。
8.2 Party B guarantees that the parts and spare parts of MK8480-IV10×5000 CNC roll
grinder provided to Party A shall be processed according to the design tolerance value to
ensure the interchangeability of parts of the same product. All materials used in the
manufacture of equipment shall not have any damage and defects. Casting structure shall
be uniform and free from impurities. The appearance should be smooth, without cracks,
tumors, blister and other defects. The design of the welding structure should be reasonable.
Welding rod, wire and flux used to weld components, should be compatible with the

material of the welded parts. The surface of the weld shall not have defects such as cracks,
porosity, spatter, crater, slag and unfused parts.
8.3 磨床在乙方装配开始时,通知甲方派人参加设备监制和 A 检。

send technical staff to attend the equipment supervision and A-inspection.

During the installation and commissioning of grinder by Buyer, Seller shall train
Buyer's personnel (mechanical and electrical) on the maintenance and repair of the
grinder. After the installation, the Seller shall train the Buyer's personnel on operation
skills and equipment maintenance for not less than 5 working days.
本次培训主要是对买方的磨床操作维护人员进行一次普及性的培训,以便相
关人员在磨床投用后尽快进入工作状态,保证新磨床尽快地发挥效用。
This is a general training for the Buyer's operators and maintainers so that they
can work normally as soon as possible after the grinder is put into use, and to ensure
that the new grinder can be effective as soon as possible.

11.4 Packaging
1) 交付的设备在出厂前应按国家相关标准要求,进行防锈处理。
The equipment to be delivered should be rust-proofed before leaving the factory
according to the requirements of relevant national standards.
2) 设备的包装能满足长途运输、多次搬运及存储的要求。包装要坚固、牢靠、
防腐、防潮、防盗。
The packaging of the equipment can meet the requirements of long-distance
transportation, multiple handling and storage. The packaging should be strong,
reliable, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and anti-theft.
3) 安装调试易损件、特殊吊具、专业工具、备品备件等,单独包装并标明主机
名称和安装调试易损件字样。
