Technical proposal
Ⅰ Brief introduction

Machine Feature :
1.Adopt welding platform, heavy rail and improve the overall bearing weight, human

design human-computer exchange more convenient and reasonable, stable operation

and increased life expectancy.

2.Independent research development to optimize CNC pipe systems, auto CAD version of

the engineering design can generate standard G code directly, three-dimensional

simulation of the operation, node expansion, long split pipe, fittings optimization, over

sized EGES DXF SAT and STL software compatibility and lifetime free upgrade process

can be modified according to user needs

3.Taiwan’s Advantch industrial computer can be programmed directly on the machine.

Using menu-select input cutting parameters such as diameter, wall thickness, bevel angle

deviation compensation data. By KASRY professional pipe cutting applications for a

seamless connection.

Work process of machine


(1), programming

Programming can be directly on the machine or offline editor. Using input cutting

parameter selection menu type, such as outside diameter, wall thickness, bevel Angle,

deviation, compensation data, and so on. At the same time a seamless connection can be

made by other professional software such as STCAD.

2), loading and unloading of workpiece

Operator initiator on the machine, the pipe placed in the tray by hoisting tools.

(3), measurement level

Operators according to pipe diameter deviation with a header hand lever level adjustment.

(4), pipe locking

With adjustable third claw automatic centering chuck locking pipe diameter.

(5), the open cut


Move the cutting head to the tube cutting, automatic positioning device automatically

according to the procedure under a cut, to complete the cutting process and according to

the programming.

X Commissioning, Delivery, Installation


Upon completion of equipment manufacturing and commissioning in the plant,
the Supplier shall notify the User to dispatch certain personnel to perform
inspection and acceptance in the plant without delay.
 Responsible for the demand-side at the scene of the equipment
installation, commissioning work. Should be required to meet the
supply-side work, the provision of equipment needed to install the
cable car, and other necessary support and advance the electricity,
gas, pipeline and the installation in place.
 The special tools and meters used in equipment installation,
commissioning and acceptance should be prepared by the Supplier
itself. Where the Supplier encounters certain difficulties, the User
should provide possible assistance.
 Upon installation and commissioning of the equipment, the supplier will
provide technical support free of charge, guiding the user to get
familiar with and master the features of the equipment, and provide
free training to the operators and repairmen so that they can operate
the equipment independently.
 For Installation, commissioning & training (maintenance & operation of machine)
to customer’s personal in user’s job site shall be provided free of cost by

supplier , The cost of air tickets (round trip), food, accommodation, local

transportation, translation, internet, communication and visa charges for

our engineers at buyer’s site shall be borne by customer at actual against

documentary evidence.

XI Inspection and Acceptance


 Items of Inspection and Acceptance:

 Appearance quality

 Inspection of accessories and tools

 Trial cutting of the User’s typical parts

 Inspection Standard: The Supplier shall provide Inspection Standard and

acceptance shall be done as per the Inspection Standard.

 Acceptance: Upon qualified self check by the Supplier, the Supplier should

inform the User and the User then should dispatch relevant personnel to carry

out inspection and acceptance at the Supplier’s plant. Before acceptance, the

Supplier should advance the self check report and data records. The items of

acceptance should be all items in 15.1, excluding 15.1.7 Trial cutting of the

User’s typical parts. Upon qualified acceptance, both parties should sign a

preacceptance report. All tools, meters and materials used in the acceptance

should be provided by the Supplier.

XII After-sales service Guaranty


 The warranty provides shall be 24 months from the date of satisfactory

installation of equipment for defective components/workmanship. During one


year warranty period, the supplier shall be provide free repair service in case of

failure due to defective part/ component and replace defective part/component

free of cost.

 During the 1year warranty period, the Supplier shall be provide free repair

service for failure not caused by personal factors (the local transport, Visa, air

ticket, food, accommodation, translation, internet, communication and travel

allowance etc for foreign users should be borne by the User. Such expenses are

not included in the quotation) and free replacement for various parts damaged

not due to personal factors (sent to foreign users by mail or express, express and

the expense borne by buyers). For the repair for failure occurred not within the

warranty period, certain charges will be collected.

 The NC system possesses the standard functions that meet the basic functions

of the control system and optional functions needed for future expanded welding.

The mechanical part adopts combined, replaceable and standardized structure.

Through upgrading of software and hardware, and repair and replacement of

mechanical unit, the equipment can maintain long term precision and normal

work.

 Software upgrades and process improvements shall be provided free of cost by

supplier to buyer periodically

XIII Packing And Marking


 The supplier shall have the goods suitably packed and shall take measures to

protect the goods from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock, & any other

hazard’s in export sea standard worthy palletized packing.

 The supplier shall mark the following on the four adjacent sides of each package

of the goods with indelible paint in conspicuous printed words in the English

language.

 The following documents shall be enclosed in each package of the goods:

 Detailed packing list in 2 copies; Quality certificate in 2 copies;

 Technical documents for relevant equipments in one copy.

 Should the goods be damaged or lost due to supplier’s improper packing and / or

inadequate protective measures before shipping, the supplier shall be

responsible for the repair, replacement of compensation.
