    BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 06


    SERIES OF 2024
    A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF MALOLOS,
    BULACAN FOR THE REPAIR OF THE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM IN
    BARANGAY DAKILA, CITY OF MALOLOS, BULACAN.

    AUTHOR: HON. JONATHAN V. MANALAD

    WHEREAS, the public address system in Barangay Dakila serves as a


    vital tool for communication, enabling the dissemination of
    important information, announcements, and emergency alerts to the
    residents;

    WHEREAS, the current state of disrepair of the public address


    system in Barangay Dakila is hindering its functionality and
    effectiveness in providing timely and critical information to the
    community;

    WHEREAS, a fully operational public address system is essential


    for ensuring effective communication during emergencies, public
    events, and community gatherings, contributing to the safety and
    well-being of the residents;

    WHEREAS, it is the duty of the local government to maintain and


    provide necessary facilities and equipment that contribute to the
    welfare and safety of its constituents;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the


    Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Dakila, in session assembled,
    that:

    SECTION 1: The Sangguniang Barangay formally requests to the City


    Government of Malolos, Bulacan to allocate funds and undertake
    the necessary actions for the repair of the public address system
    located in Barangay Dakila.

    SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Barangay authorizes Barangay Chairman


    Hon. Vener C. Dela Cruz to communicate with the appropriate city
    government offices and officials to facilitate the prompt repair
    of the public address system.
    SECTION 3: The Sangguniang Barangay expresses its gratitude to
    the City Government of Malolos, Bulacan for its continuous
    support in addressing the needs and concerns of Barangay Dakila.

    SECTION 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately.
