Report (NCR), approved materials test reports, Request for Information (RFI),
Material inspections Request (MIR), Material approval request (MAR).
 Responsible for Making Work methodologies as per drawing and site conditions.
 Calculation and raising demands of all required materials for site works.
 Preparing bill of all subcontractors on site.
 Preparing of reports attending weekly construction / QC meeting with
Construction manager.
 Responsible for supervision of excavation work, Leveling and Dressing,
Compaction, Termite control treatment, formwork, reinforcement, Fixing of
Embedded items, Shoring works as per approved drawings & Specifications.
 Handling of concrete transit mixture, Batching plant, stationary and mobile
concrete pumps.
 Supervision of Piles construction works (Casing fixing, drilling works, binding
and lowering of reinforcement cage in bore holes, concrete pouring of piles)
for the designed load of 900 Ton & 1650 Ton.
 Supervision of Load Test of Piles for the designed load of 900 Ton & 1650
Ton.
 Steel fixing, Formwork and pouring of RCC of Pile caps, columns caps, plinth
beams, columns bracing and roof beams and slab as per drawing and
specifications.

sub- contractor’s month vise.
