FROM 23 Sep 2010 to Till Date:

Currently I am working in INDU PROJECT LIMITED, as an Engineer (Fabrication & Erection)
in the Project of “Shree Singhaji Thermal Power Project” (SSTPP), Stage-I, 2 X 600 MW,
Mundi, and Khandwa (M.P.).
Designation: - Engineer (Fabrication & Erection)
Responsibilities: -
 Structural analysis and detail design for structural steel projects.
 Checking of calculations, design drawings of the projects.
 Prepared piping/equipment/insulation and painting physical progress reports.
 Handling & Controlling, Piping Transporting / Sand blasting / Transporting on
site, Civil Trench work for pipe lowering, RWIS Pipe Cleaning (Sand-Blasting),
Wrapping, Coating, Holiday Test, Sand Bed-Preparation for Laying, Joint
Welding , D.P Test, Radiography Test & Hydro Testing.
 Attending of technical meeting with the Sub-contractor.
 Review the proposed drawings and calculations done by subcontractors and
vendors.
 Review and reply on technical submittals and information requests send by
subcontractors and vendors.
 Inspect the work done by subcontractors and vendors.
 Ensure construction works are in compliance with approved drawings,
workmanship standards, and contract specifications.
 Attend the required technical meetings with subcontractors and vendors to
expedite the work as per contract requirements.
 Performed Piping / Structure works Cost Control role for the Construction,
Reviewed and approved invoices for payment.
 Prepared contract documents for sub-contractor & also gives technical
 specifications according to work.
 Handling & inspected quality of Sand blasting / shot blasting / painting / coating
works of piping / structural steel etc.
 Calculated piping material quantities (take offs) from engineering drawings.
 Monitored CW Pipes Fabrication, Erection & Raw Water Intake System Erection
work and Subcontractor installed quantities of piping and equipment.
 Prepared Documents (Technical Specifications) for PQR, WPS, Pipe Laying,
Jointing, D.P Test, Radiography Test, Hydro-Test, Painting, Coating Quality and
Process.

FROM 16 Feb 2010 T0 20 Sep 2010:

Working in “UB ENGINEERING LIMITED” in the Project of “JSW CEMENT LIMITED”,
Nandyal, Kurnool District, and (A.P.). This Cement Plant Capacity is 6000 TPD.
Designation: - Structural Engineer
Responsibilities: -
 The Project Engineer reports to Project Manager and or he may be assists/ supports
the Construction Manager / Site Manager if assigned by the Project Manager.
 Scope of work covers the followings: - To Assist the Project manager to plan,
monitor and control daily works at the project site.
 To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required
by the QHS management.
 Handling & Controlling of contractor work all fabrication process, structural steel
cutting, fitting, welding according of drawing.
 Studying drawings, plans or patterns of structures after that make cutting plan for
required steel plate for fabrication process according to drawing.
 Handling meeting with contractor for loading and make a time period for completion
of items.
 Check fit-up according to drawing, then start welding in the items.
 After welding again checking Final Inspection with Clint. Then Clint gives clearance
for the material.
 Handling material transporting in the erection areas with fully safety & erected time
take precaution.
 Quantity Survey, Bill Raising, certifying and Amendments, Coordination vendors on
continuous quality improvement.
 Responsible of inventory management, cost control, cost reduction. & also handling
report generation & monitoring for fabrication work (Daily, weekly & monthly).

FROM 5 Sep 2008 T0 13 Feb 2010:

Working in “MOTHER HI-INFRAPROJECT PVT. TLD.” as a “SITE ENGINEER“, Project on
“LANCO ANPARA POWER PROJECT”,“2 X 600 MW” Anpara, Sonebhadra, U.P.“Mother
Hi–Infraproject Pvt. Ltd.” is the Fabricator & Erector of Infrastructure Projects (Steel /
infrastructures / Power) in Thermal Power Plant TG Building, C.C.R (Computer control room),
and Coal Mill etc.
Designation: - Site Engineer
Responsibilities: -
 Handling & Controlling Contractor’s Fabrication Work, Compilation of the Work
target with defines quality and time. Evaluating past performance of contracts,
carrying out rate analysis & Review meetings with supplier and Contractor.
 Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Controlling & Closing.
 Quantity Survey, Bill Raising, certifying and Amendments, Coordination Vendors on
continuous quality improvement.
 Drawing/ Document Planning, coordination & control.
 Studying drawings, plans or patterns of structures. Marking out shapes and other
measurements on the metals & also handling.
 Drawing from Clint & prepare cutting plan for steel plates.
 Check marking plan, after that complete cutting steel plates according to drawing.
 Handling & controlling Heavy Machine & Equipments.
 Handling & Controlling welding size, Welding Quality from UT (Ultrasonic test),
R.T TEST (Radiography test) & D.P TEST.
 Check welding quality & also check required welding size according drawing. After
that do smooth finished items surface.
 Supervision of site activities and contractor’s work.
 Also handling heavy material erection & erected time take precaution about safety.
 Responsible for inventory control, cost control & also report generation for
fabrication work Daily, Weekly & Monthly.

FROM Jan 2008 - August 2008:

Workings in Baradia Technology Systems Pvt. Ltd.Indore (M.P) Bts are doing work in
“MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT & HANDLING RULES 2000”.
Designation: - Project Engineer
Responsibilities: -
 Handling Project Execution and all Tendering Process.
 Government of India make a rules in the year of 2000 for urban development, it is
called “MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT & HANDLING RULES
2000”.
 Attend meeting with municipal corporation officer who’s responsible for Solid Waste
Management & Handling Rules-2000”, after meeting properly follow-up for this
project to officers. We are provides to municipal corporation for this project
“Conception To Implementation in Solid Waste Management”
 MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE in 10-15% recyclable waste, 20-35% landfill waste &
available 40-60% organic waste, According to “MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE
MANAGEMENT AND HANDLING RULES 2000” mixed municipal solid waste
transported by municipal corporation to THE COMPOST PAD regularly, By using
equipment waste segregated & converted in “the organic waste to good quality
compost”, recyclables send in market & inert waste is send for land filling.
  Aim of these Projects in Convert “WASTE TO ENERGY”.
