LOAN AGREEMENT WITH MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Loan Agreement with Mortgage is entered into this ____ day of November, 2022, by and
between:
_________________________________________________, of legal age, married with residence and
postal address at Brgy. Espjnosa, City of Masbate, hereinafter referred to as the BORROWER;
-and-
RUBY M. SANCHEZ-MORANO, of legal age, married with residence and postal address at Matungao,
Brgy.Tugbo, City of Masbate, hereinafter referred to as the LENDER;

WITNESSETH: THAT

WHEREAS, the BORROWER is the present registered owner of the parcel/s of land located at
____________________________________________covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
Number/s________________________, consisting of __________________________________________
(________) square meters, hereinafter referred to as the “MORTGAGED PROPERTY.”

WHEREAS, the Borrower has requested a one-year (1)-year term loan of up to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP 200,000.00) from the Lender;
WHEREAS, the Lender have agreed to extend a term loan to the Borrower subject to the terms and conditions
set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and of the mutual covenants and
agreements hereinafter stated, the Parties hereto agree as follows:

A. Security
As security for the payment of the Borrowing, the Borrower obliges itself to mortgage in favor of the
Lender the above-described “Mortgaged Property”, more particularly described in the attached Annex
“A” and made an integral part hereof.

B. Loan Repayment
The Borrower shall fully pay and liquidate the Loan within one (1) year from the receipt of the loaned
amount as evidenced by the Acknowledgment Receipt signed by the Borrower.

C. Monthly Amortization
The Borrower shall pay the Lender Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos (Php 16,666.00)
monthly
